Wholemeal Pancake with Banana and Macadamia

Instructions
Combine flours and sugar in a large bowl. Make a well in the middle and add egg (replacer), rice milk, water and vanilla. Stir until bubbles start to show (you might need to add another 1-2 tablespoons of water to get the desired consistency).
Melt a little non-dairy butter or coconut oil in a frying pan. Add some pancake mixture and cook until bubbles show. Flip over and cook until golden.
Serve pancake with sliced bananas, drizzle with sweetener and sprinkle with ground macadamias.
Variation: place the slices of banana in the pancake mixture and cook as above.
