Definitely recommend trying it when Zaragoza - my favorite was the chill tacos, sooo good👌 Also, their still water is enriched with a bunch of minerals - as a nutritionist, I don’t see that often in vegan restaurants so it was awesome to see.

Read moreLo conozco desde hace muchos años y lo que menos me gusta es que ahora los platos son más grasos, se nota que las digestiones son más pesadas, sales empalagado incluso sin pegarte ningún atracón. (Ojo, que no quita que haya platos realmente ricos, y que suelen gustar todos, muy sabroso)
Antes eran combinaciones muy sanas y los platos como las ensaladas eran más grandotes (que interesa cuidar el body)
Se echa de menos alguna opción vegana más ( a veces con cambiar un ingrediente por otro la tendrían pero supongo que les parecerá suficiente con lo que ofrecen ya ). También en relación a los postres.

He ido muchas veces y nunca he probado algo que no me gustase. Ingredientes tratados con mimo, sencillos a priori pero que consiguen convertir en auténticos platazos. Su carta es estacional así que siempre usan ingredientes de temporada. Para mí un 10.

Es un sitio grande y agradable. Más de la mitad del menú se puede hacer vegano, el resto es vegetariano. Los platos son imaginativos y abundantes. Merece la pena por el precio su menú de mediodía.

Wide range of vegan options in this roomy classy vegetarian restaurant. All that we order was really, really good and tasty. Fair prices considering the quality of the dishes and the big servings. Only con is it's not located in the old quarter/town centre but not too far either, just a few tram stops away, in the lively University district. Don't miss it!

Sinceramente, he viajado mucho por el mundo y puedo decir que el Baobab es uno de los mejores que he probado. Precio muy comedido, servicio excelente y materia prima de excelente calidad.

Sin duda un restaurante para ir amenudo.
Soy vegano y tienes mas de la mitad de la carta vegana y el resto, en la mayoría de los platos, puedes cambiar el huevo o el queso por opcion.

Yesterday we stumble spontaneous about the Baobao Restaurante and it was wonderful!
Read moreFirst we started with a delicious natural juice - lemon, mint and ginger - than we chooses some starters and all of them where pretty good! The kitchen use to make new, creative recipes such as vegan dumplings with pulled jackfruit, Black sesame and an orange vinaigrette. Yum.
For the main course we had an vegan burger with a homemade black beer bun (I never had this before) and a beet root and soy pattie which was incredible “meaty” in colour and consistency. The roasted pumpkin and crispy tempeh salad was also really good.
The last dish we had was a vegetarian one - pumpkin ravioli with shiitake filling and a nice creamy sauce.
After that we were completely full but defiantly can’t get out without a dessert so I tried we vegan spicy mango soup with a lemon yoghurt sorbet and my parents had an dessert that was called - give me poison I wanna die - which included peanut mousse, chocolate and bananoffee and they loved it.
So it was all and all perfect, delicious food and nice interior and lovely waitress.
We‘ll come back soon!

If you are looking for a higher level on the quality of dish preparation/flavours, this is the best option in town. They have a menu. Bit pricey but good quality so is worthy
