I could make this at home 10 times for the price - Edit

Ok enough avocado toast and hummus salad but if you calculate it in your head it all falls apart. Many raw ingredients used. Nothing too fancy. And if you think about it you could easily have breakfast like this every morning for a fraction of the price. If you are in a hurry you might as well come here. Otherwise skip it and make your own damn breakfast.

Yes but you are eating vegan food in Paris!!! It’s historic. I can’t wait to try all the cool new places. Last time we were in Paris there were almost no fully vegan restaurants! It’s unbelievably exciting. I’ll be following in your footsteps soon.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. However, we do want to point out that the phrase “make your own damn breakfast” is unnecessarily disrespectful towards our coffee shop and the team working here. It is perfectly fine not to enjoy our food or to find it too expensive, but we believe feedback can be expressed without that kind of wording. 
 
Regarding the food itself, we are a little puzzled by your surprise about the ingredients. You chose the two dishes on our menu that contain the largest proportion of raw and very simple ingredients: the avocado toast and the hummus salad. All of the ingredients are clearly listed on the menu. 
 
What exactly were you expecting from an avocado toast, other than what you were served? It is a little like ordering a fresh apple juice and then complaining that it contains mostly apples and that the drink is not elaborate enough. The nature of the dish is precisely what it is. 
 
Some of our customers actually love these simple, fresh preparations and order them regularly. If you were looking for something more elaborate, we have plenty of other options on the menu, such as our vegan egg & bacon muffin, pancakes, French toast, Cloud Bowl with chili sin carne, and many others. 
 
Our dishes are described very precisely on our menu, and what is served corresponds to those descriptions. We therefore invite you to take a little more time to read the menu carefully next time, particularly if you are looking for a specific type of preparation. 
 
We are sorry that our food did not meet your expectations, but we believe your criticism would have been more appropriate if it had been based on something different from what was actually announced and served.
