Don't understand the hype - Edit
Its in a nice neighborhood with outside seating but I honestly do not understand the hype. Went twice and did not find it nice or outstanding.

Der Döner und der Dürüm waren ganz okay. Wobei sie deutlich schärfer und der Seiten knuspriger sein könnten; sehr verwöhnt von veganem Döner in Köln. Aber im Urlaub im Süden eine schöne Abwechslung auf dem veganen Speiseplan. #Veganuary

The BEST Seitan Döner hands down👍🏻👍🏻 - Edit
I used to believe that Berlin was home of the vegan Döner. However this no longer applies as I have to make Erbils my #1 vegan Döner restaurant in Germany! Unfortunately they were closed during the holidays and were only able to venture there once before departing Munich. All their food looked great but can only speak to the Seitan Döner. Packed with seitan, veggies and delicious sauce options you MUST put Erbil’s on you Munich dining list! #Veganuary

Der Seitandöner ist sehr lecker und gut belegt mit viel Seitan, Salat, Blaukraut, Tomate und Zwiebeln. Man kann aus circa 6 verschiedenen veganen Soßen wählen (Kräuter, Tzatziki, Ingwer-Kurkuma, Paprika, etc.). Der Seitan könnte noch knuspriger sein.

Stamattina sono andata sull'app Happy Cow, per trovare dei ristoranti vegani nei dintorni e il più vicino, a 300m dal nostro hotel era questo! 😋 abbiamo preso del seitan al sugo con piadina calda con formaggio spalmabile e verdure, poi del riso integrale con falafel buonissimi, una sfoglia al formaggio tipo certosa, una pizza con ragù e una melanzana ripiena di verdure. 😍 Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e la scelta era molto ampia! Avevano anche degli gnocchi al ragù veg! 🥳🥳🥳

Read moreI had the Donerteller dish which is a full plate of their Seitan meat, rice, bread, salad and multiple sauces. The entire thing was amazing and would eat again for sure. I even had to stop myself from ordering more.

Komplett veganes Restaurant und bei 5,90 für den Seitan Döner platzt dieser förmlich aus allen Nähten. Außerdem gibt es ungewöhnliche Saucen zur Auswahl wie bspw. Rote Beete, Meerrettich oder Ingwer-Kurkuma.

They have already prepared plates in their glass Vitrine which they preheat in the microwave.
Read moreThese plates were probably fresh prepared in the morning but doesn't look fresh anymore around midday.
So I tried the little appetizer plate, which you can choose from the cold salad bar.
That tasted good, but the hummus was a bit tingling so I think it wasn't fresh made and not good anymore.
I was there 2019 when Erbil was still there, and that was really high quality.
But now I wouldn't come again.

Sehr leckeres Essen, so gut wie alles handgemacht und (nicht nur aber besonders) für München preislich unschlagbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man kann bequem sitzen. Wenn wir nochmal in München sind, kommen wir definitiv wieder!
