I saw some people posting about how it was worth the taxi ride to get here…so I decided to see if it was worth it to walk 10km there. It absolutely was. The sandwiches I tried were delicious. The drinks amazing. The sweets, out of this world. The service, very friendly. Highly recommended.

Read moreWe took a roughly 40 min trip to get here from the centre of Istanbul and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
The food here is simply amazing.
We had the bbq mushroom Baguette and the harissa croissant sandwich. These were both so flavourful and tasty the mushroom sandwich is worth it alone for the fresh made bread it comes in.
We also had some of the cakes afterwards: the napoleon was a highlight, the raffaelo was really tasty, the opera cake was ok but I would choose the other two over this one.
I can not recommend here enough. As a vegan you simply must go.
We took away some pastry to have on our tour a few days later and they were all still amazing!
We came back again for our final meal in Istanbul. We had the burger and the tart. They were both very filling and tasty. The strawberry tart and the black mamba were also top notch.
Can not praise this place highly enough. If you are in Istanbul please make the trip across. You will not regret it.

Ethique Plant-Based - Edit
This place is amazing. All of their baked goods are beautiful. However, I did have a mixed experience with some of these items. Some of the macarons I ordered were dry (the strawberry and the pistachio flavors), but the after eight flavor was fine.
Read moreMy friend and I ordered the two of the most popular baked items and shared them at the bakery, but we really felt that they were OK.
I personally liked the chocolate covered croissant filled with chocolate, but I took this back to my accommodation, and ate it cold two days later, so I didn’t have it melted like in some photos I’ve seen… But it was really great cold and tasted like an Enteman’s donut.
The location is extremely well decorated and has a nice atmosphere too.

this patisserie was everything… the location was very cute, the food was amaaazing and the staff was very nice accommodating. we‘ve been to Ethique two times and had baked goods as well as coffee, macarons and also food from the menu. I would 100% go again during my next visit in Istanbul!

The sweet treats are out of this world! The flavours were so balanced and in harmony. I hadn't had French pastries like these in a long while. We had some macarons, we tried a couple of pralines and also a Napoleon and a Fleur de Pistache. All of it delicious!

We went mainly for the French/Turkish vegan patisserie. It was difficult to chose among all the attractive options so …. We tried a lot. Flan, Goldie cake, pistachio madeleines, carrot cake and pistachio lune. My favorite the pistachio madeleines. Savory options are also available. Great menu.

Had the mushroom crepe it was delicious. Nice ambiente but our waitress was conceited. Ordered a slice of banana bread which quarter was missing, there was no exchange of it, though we had draw attention to it. Some liveliness is missing by this spot.

Pros: The taste is fantastic!!! The royal level, The cakes are incredibly beautiful, aesthetic, A big assortment for all kinds of preferences
Cons: If you want a big assortment you need to go early, At the evening assortment of pastry is not big, Staff don’t wash hands after touching cats 😁 🐈
