Disappointed

I loved the falafel but I was very disappointed that they used kebab papers to wrap the falafel. I didn't see this before because the lady gave me the falafel with napkins and it was really full of veggies thus I couldn't see the label. It was only when I finished that I saw the drawing and I went to tell her. She said she ran out of papers and that is why she had to use the kebab ones. I said "but it is a vegan place" and she said "yes - everything is vegan" and I just told her I thought it was incoherent to use papers to wrap the falafel portraying a man slicing meat. Anyway, I thought her justification was really poor. this is not a vegan place to my mind.

Pros: Nice food, Clean

Cons: Incoherent, Promoting meat business and practices, This is not veganism

So the establishment could not find kebab papers with an appropiate drawing and somehow that makes it non-vegan? What the hell?

This is completely unfair to give them a low rating for the package, why not imagine it is a vegan doner kebab packet!
This behaviour is what gives vegans a bad name.
Leslie that is completely unfair to complain about this, if you look at every other single photo from the place they do not use this packet, maybe they ran out and had to buy an emergency substitute.
So for veganism it is better to have this place being succefull and showing people how fantastic vegan food can be, rather than bad mouth them over such a little thing.
