My friends and I stopped in here on a whim while walking around Paris. They are not vegan but thoroughly enjoyed the food.
Read moreThere is a nice variety and selection of burgers and you can even save money on a combo meal, which comes with a drink and a fries.
A bit on the costly side for the portion size but overall I highly recommend if you’re in the mood for a good vegan burger.

Hanks is a must while in Paris - Edit
We have enjoyed Hanks each time we’re in Paris and it was one of our first stops this trip. We love the variety of burger options, fries, and desserts. The house made patty is amazing, don’t settle for a beyond burger patty that you can get anywhere. The carrot cake was a surprise star.

Nice food, we had the double stack as a large meal (18 euros) (includes the burger, potato wedges, drink and a dessert, we chose chocolate mousse) and a la vie burger (12 euros) We enjoyed our meal but felt it was over priced (30 euros) for the portions.

honestly this place is up for best vegan burger i've had. their patty itself is so unique and tasty. it's so refreshing to not have a place rely on beyond or impossible! their house made veganaise is super yummy too. my boyfriend and i went here twice in one week. get the potatoes for a side!

I had dinner with my friend, I had The Sargent Pepper and my friend had La Rockeuse. We enjoyed the burgers, full of flavour and good ingredients. It’s quite a cozy place. You order downstairs and then the sitting area it’s upstairs. We enjoyed the food, but we thought that there could be a bit better ventilation upstairs.

Traveling with a non-veg family meant this was the only fully-vegan restaurant I had a chance to visit. The burger wasn’t super memorable, I’ve had better, but it was definitely good! The potato wedges are where it’s at here though. They’re cooked well and taste great, I preferred them over my burger.

Extrêmement déçue, je voulais faire découvrir à mon ami non-vegan que la nourriture végétalienne pouvait être bonne mais maintenant il a une image encore plus négative, merci. Le burger était froid, pas assez de sauce, sec, le fauxmage pas fondu, le houmous bizarre, bref je ne recommande pas. Le seul avantage est que tout est vegan.

The burgers were delicious; they even had my non-vegan friends saying "Wow this is good" without realising the food was vegan. For an affordable price (~€15) we got a burger 🍔, potato wedges, a drink and a dessert! The restaurant, although small, had a nice cozy atmosphere.

Reasonable prices for Paris! - Edit
We came here a few years ago and were pleased to see it's still here (unlike sister restaurant Hank Pizza 😓). The burgers are reasonably priced, unlike a lot of vegan food in Paris, and tasty. We also had cookies this time, which were chewy and chocolatey. I had the La Vie burger, which was fairly meaty (in a good way) with enough sauce. My wife had the Allumé burger which she said was also good. At 9 euros, hers was a lot more affordable than most things in Paris, but that was without chips.

Most popular vegan place - Edit
Just based off how many reviews this place has should tell you just how popular it is, but even crazier is the line to get in! Good luck trying to find somewhere to sit. I was in shock to see how busy this vegan place gets. I've never seen anything like it. The food was definitely delicious. Best part are all the different sauces. I went with a couple of non-veg people and they also really enjoyed it.

So much hype around Hanks we were excited to try it, but sad to say it was all really bad. Limp, lifeless burgers and barely detectable fillings, out of 6 “options” one burger looked and tasted the same as the others, cold burnt chips, grumpy inattentive staff. I guess it must have been good at some point because all the reviews are amazing, but looks like it’s taken a downturn just now… hopefully they can switch it around again. There are so many way, way better vegan burger joints than this.
