The woman who works at this shop has terrible customer service skills. I was in the shop today, just browsing for (literally) a few minutes when the woman who either works there or owns the shop impatiently asked me what I wanted and did I need any help. I politely replied that I was fine and carried on browsing. The woman then came from the counter and stood with her arms folded staring at me. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a shop before. I asked her if the shop was closing as her behaviour made me feel like she wanted me out of the shop. I decided to leave and explained it was because she was making me feel very unwelcome. She started hurling abuse at me. Laughable really, as I would have certainly bought something if her customer service skills weren't so appalling. The shop is a total mess & overflowing with a lot of stock, spilling out of the shelves, with very little order and some of it covered in dust. I wonder if this shopkeeper ever sells anything. Avoid this place if you'd like to keep your day pleasant.

RUDE, HORRIBLE and NASTY store owner. I came in to offer free samples for her to sell for FREE from a small START UP. Before I did so I looked into the shop to see if she had similiar products. When I offered the samples she started shouted and slandering me as feining to be a customer to survey her shop. Little did she know I was giving her FREE organic samples for her to make FULL PROFIT on and was thinking of buying some things myself. She would not stop verbally attacking me. I told her I love her as all humanity and even though she is having a bad day I wont hold it against her, however I must say with such a nasty personality I would rather shop in a big corporation like whole foods in this instance rather than this so called inidependant health shop. She obviously has many pain bodies and emotionally traumatic issues she has unfortunatley not been able to get over. I do wish her strength. The shop is dirty messy and looks more like a corner shop its a shame as no wonder people view health concious people as mad with a shop as poorly managed as this.

Im not surprised at these negative reviews one bit! I regret stepping into this hideous shop and spending a dime. My 2 boys and I stepped in other of curiosity. Since we were tourists, I was initially browsing the contents. The lady at the counter- Rekha whatsnername- didn't even bother with a smile. Since I've noticed Indians and desis abroad are particularly rude to other Indians, I wasn't surprised. However, she abruptly asked me what I was looking for and proceeded to stalk me as I kept browsing. When I asked about a particular face mask and country of origin (very natural question and errrr.... my right as a customer), she smirked and said- does it matter as long as it works?? I politely said that yes, it does in some cases, she just rolled her eyes and turned away. I only ended up buying because I saw something I liked, but in hindsight I feel I shouldn't have contributed a penny to her business. The products looked dusty and over cramped on shelves- simply no easy access or display sense. Aisle is crowded and when my son knocked over a brush, she stared at him and berated him when he tried to pick it up. This woman needs to learn that being decent to your customers is the FIRST aspect of any business- you can put up a dozen faded printouts of news articles on your shop windows, but if you can't treat us with basic respect, then you are nothing. Never again Health "Craze"- the Crazy bit is strong in this one!

I made this mistake of visiting this store on a visit to London and it smelt funny, the products were sitting on a dirty floor and the owner was one of the rudest people I have ever met. Please do not waste your time in going to this shop and giving this rude person your money, they do not deserve it. If I could, I would give this store a zero rating but unfortunately I have to give them at least one star, that is one star too many - trust me.
