This restaurant is a big disappointment for me. - Edit
I'm the kind of person who doesn't like to give bad reviews, especially not to vegan places, which I very much welcome in Prague.
Read moreUnfortunately, I have repeatedly experienced horrible service and food at Linds Vegan Corner. Overall, I have been there 3 times and it has always been a bad experience.
We were seated at a table where it took the staff approximately 10minutes to register us and bring us the menu. For clarification the place at Havel Market was about 25 square meters or so. After we chose our food, I chose the Pho soup and my colleague chose the udon noodles, and then came the long wait. Very long. For about 50 minutes no one came to us with anything we ordered. After about an hour of waiting, I went to ask the lady behind the bar, who by the way had her phone in her hand and didn't care what was going on in the place, if we could ever expect our food. The lady very unpleasantly said that the food was still being made, even though it was clear from her expression that she had no idea. After another 5 minutes of waiting, our food miraculously came to us. Udon noodles were ok. That's all I can say, because after an hour of waiting, getting over-salted noodles covered in soy sauce was unpleasant. In any case, the biggest problem was with the Pho soup. Ignoring the hour wait during lunch, the food was still awful. The soup just tasted like hot water from a kettle where someone threw a few herbs and unflavored tofu. I'm not the type to criticize someone else's food, and I usually really like everything. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish this even after seasoning it with sriracha.
The icing on the cake was the fact that during our hour-long wait for hot water, one courier after another came to the restaurant to deliver food. It was obvious that the priority of the establishment is the delivery and not the people sitting right there in their restaurant. From the looks of the other customers, it was clear that we weren't the only ones having a fun afternoon waiting. In any case, my colleague immediately wanted to give negative reviews everywhere she could, but I talked her into thinking it might have been an accident and that we'd give them another chance.
Unfortunately, our second visit wasn't the best either. I think we waited about 45minutes for our food, the place cheerfully issued one order for delivery after another and we just sat and waited. Again one meal was ok and the other was literally not good.
Pros: It is vegan
Cons: Service, Food, Waiting time

Asia in Prague - Edit
Great restaurant with vegan Asian cuisine. The food is fresh, colorful and diverse. There are always some vegan sweets. I recommend reading the entire menu with fantastic descriptions of the dishes. Served by two very nice guys with excellent English.

Delicious - Edit
The summer rolls arrive cut up into bite-size pieces like sushi. The dipping sauce is sweet and savory, and overall delicious and unique in flavor.
Read moreThe avocado burger is a burger with the bun replaced by an avocado, so be sure that is what you would like. I thought it was a green colored bag bun with avocado inside, but, no, the avocado itself is the bun. The burger was dry and needed flavor, so I put the dipping sauce from the summer rolls on it and it was delicious.
The Bao Burger is flavorful and satisfying. Highly recommend!
The sushi rolls are good but not amazing.
The lime flavored liminana drink is delicious.
The seats in the back room are flat and hard. It would be more comfortable if they were sculpted and padded.
Pros: Bao Burger, Summer Rolls, Peaceful seating area
Cons: Hard seats

I had the bun real. Noodles were over cooked (by a lot) and in small pieces. Broth lacked depth.

A cosy place with friendly staff. Wide variety of food like: burgers, sushi and curry’s. With really good milkshakes. But it could have had more taste/spices.

Reality check - Edit
We were quite disappointed. The sampler platter/meal for two was quite bland and repetitive (although the portions were generous), and the chocolate lava cake was served cold. There's potential here, but there are certainly many better vegan restaurant options in Prague.

Mostly dissapointed - Edit
Rather bland Pad-thai, but the red curry and bao buns were better. The burger was not great. Got shakes for dessert that were uninspiring and nothing “like having cake” as the menu suggested. Service was sub-par, not a smile in sight and they did not seem to care one bit about the customer. The menu is beautiful and the place itself also. We really wanted to love this place, but sadly, we didn’t.

I was so impressed with the creative and extensive menu! It is definitely worth it to take some extra time to read through it all - very inspiring.
Read moreThe food was great and presented beautifully, lots of flavors and nice texture. They also had several wine and drink options which we appreciated😄
Unfortunately the service wasn’t very good when we were there, it was a bit busy and only two waiters so it was understandable but I never got my drink but had gotten both my appetizer and main before my boyfriend even got his appetizer. Judging from the other reviews this seems to be a struck of bad luck and not the trend though😄

Cute spot with a great menu - Edit
Holy (happy) cow! This place has a massive menu, and it is difficult to choose what to order. I wish we could have gone back a few other times to try more dishes, but we ran out of time.
Read moreHands down the best dish we ordered between the two of us was the Tteokbokki, which had a very flavorful and spicy sauce (without destroying my mouth). It had rice cakes that had a smooth and interesting mouth feel, and were complimented with some lovely veggies. I absolutely loved this dish!
Another time I got the BunHue soup, which was mostly good. It needed a little extra soy and chilli sauce to pump up the flavor, but it was overall a nice soup to have on a cool rainy day.
My partner ordered the Grandma's Clay Pot upon recommendation, and mostly liked it. The protein had an interesting texture, and they definitely achieved the fattiness of pork belly, so beware if this isn't your cup of tea. Flavor was overall good, and it was a nice serving size.
The pho was lacking a bit, and was rather bland compared to other pho we have had. But, with some extra soy and chilli sauce, it was good.
Overall, I love what this restaurant is doing! The vibes are great, and the menu really is fun to read through. I wish they opened earlier, so I could have had some vegan Vietnamese coffee!
FYI, the restaurant takes credit card, but every time we went, it would not accept our three cards. Not sure if this is because of their machines, or our international cards, but we had to use cash. We had no issues using our cards before or after this restaurant.
