Small portions - Edit
Was nice food, pity the portion was very small. I had the avocado bread with relish. It was just one slice of pan bread and not toasted. It was good value though at 85ckz but flavor was missing from the dish.

Stopped here for a light breakfast with coffee and I was not disappointed. Plenty of vegan options, and the coffee is great!

Amazing Coffee and Vegan Friendly - Edit
A sweet and hip coffee shop with a big second floor restaurant. Limited seating in the restaurant means it might be harder to eat here on weekends. Good service and lots of vegan options.

It is a nice place, but the portion were too small and kinda pricey. We tried hummus with Zatar, curry (not very tasty) and spinach quiche (very good).

HARD NOPE: A Word Picture - Edit
Bare with me, here.
Read moreIt’s not easy finding vegan breakfasts (more solid than liquid) in Prague before 10am, so after 5 miles of finding places that Internet thinks should be open are actually closed, I ended up here. Sit-down meal upstairs? Vegan options? PANCAKES? I’m into it.
Unfortunately, they were out of everything apart from a burger and something called “varenyky”, fine. Says it can be vegan, let’s all have some vegan varenyky for breakfast!
AN HOUR PASSES and I did something I am ashamed of. I cracked into some peanut butter I bought from a health food store that was SUPPOSED to have an open cafe but did not. That’s a first for me, eating peanut butter out of a jar in a cafe that did not supply peanut butter for me (or anybody else as far as I know). Ate it with the demitasse spoon next to my coffee cup that had sat empty for twenty minutes.
ARRIVAL OF FOOD and I feel adrenaline hit. That sunnofabitch varenyky is covered in cream. Packed up my stuff, paid, got the fudge out of there and had a twenty minute walk to My Raw Cafe where I had a nice thing with avocados on it.
Also a bird [censored] on my scarf. Not their fault, just complaining at this point.
Cons: LIES, DAMNED LIES, HAD TO EAT PEANUT BUTTER OUT OF A JAR

Okay - Edit
Nice place with two floors and a lot of plants and pretty interior. The vegan options were really limited though. We got the mezze and some sort of filled pasta. It was tasty, but took for ever and was quite pricey for the small portion. Wouldn't go there again.

Great coffee, cute place - Edit
I had the vegan banana bread and a latte with soy-coconut milk. Both were delicious. The vegan baked goods were labeled clearly and some of the items were in English (denoted vegan with a symbol so there was no confusion). The latte was absolutely amazing, one of the best I’ve had in awhile. I came for breakfast but may have to come back later to try some of their cakes for dessert. Option to eat in or takeaway. It was a great breakfast stop just a few minutes from my hostel.

Good Atmosphere and Yummy Vegan Burgers - Edit
My friends and I ordered the vegan burgers with carrot "fries." They were very flavorful with a hummus and red pepper spread on the side- seemed lighter than your traditional burger and fries and it was delicious! Would recommend :)

Mamacoffee is a relaxed place with a lot of plants. If I would live in prague, this could be one of my Go to-spots.

Perfect Cafe - Edit
Couldn't ask for much more. Really friendly staff, some of the best coffee I've had, vegan options for breakfast, lunch/dinner, and dessert, and everything is delicious! It's not a huge menu, but it's a cafe - besides it's all delicious (at least the vegan options are) Great for working as well, mostly solid wifi, lots of natural light, beautiful plants, very comfortable!

One of the few locations of mamacoffee I tried whilst traveling in Prague. I liked this location! The coffee is really good, and they offer an okay amount of vegan options. Apple strudel was good, but nothing to rave about. But a fun vegan option in the city! Would recommend!

eggs for breakfast - Edit
Clean, bright and modern decor. I visited here with friends for breakfast. The breakfast menu is mostly egg -based. (There was a vegan pastry option and a vegan 'spread-on-toast' option). My scrambled eggs on toast were quite nice. Seemed like a nice place for simple breakfasts, lunches or coffee - no complaints. I think the menu could be more varied but a nice enough casual cafe.

The best vegan place for breakfast, cake and coffee in Prague! I had breakfast there twice, I had the oatmeal and it was soo good. I also had the apfelstrüdel and the coconut cinnamon roll, loved it! The best thing though was the bananabread, you must try it! The atmosphere is awesome as well.

Lovely looking cafe but unfortunately we found the coffee very bitter! And the breakfast menu was a lot of eggs but the vegan spread was very nice and the bread was lovely!
