I just called in to the Tai Seng outlet for some menu inquiries since my friends and I was planning to visit for lunch. But this rude sounding Uncle totally spoiled our plans. Would appreciate if u guys could consider better humans for handling phone calls. He didn’t even bother explaining properly and I wasn’t done but he [censored] hung up saying sorry we are busy right now. What kind of customer service is this?! Worst experience ever and decided will never visit this outlet I’d rather stick with the Clarke quay one.
