The food is fairly simple (burgers, stir fry) but done well. It was just what we needed after a day of travelling. The chips weren't too crispy, so some i's could be dotted, but we were happy to find this place.

It's a cozy place with a small terrace.

The burger had an excellent taste.
But it was not very large.
The cold chocolate was delicious!
I would definitely order this again.
Unfortunately the place doesn't have a toilet for customers. But when you are looking for a toilet, there are many other restaurants in the same street offering an easy solution.

Nous avons pris le burger au fromage végétal et le burger Mexicain avec des frites plus une boisson glacée au chocolat et une à la noisette et du tiramisu pour finir. Tout était succulent! Nous y retournerons dès notre retour à Montpellier.

I tried the pad Thai. I've been to Thailand zillions of times, this was definitely not a pad Thai but a French adaptation of it. It was good, the service was slow because the only person working there is clearly overwhelmed.

Wir hatten beide das Menü mit Burger, Pommes und Eistee. Alles scheint selbstgemacht. Die Burger sind außerordentlich lecker. Der Eistee schmeckt auch gut. Das Tiramisu ist ebenfalls super lecker. Der Besitzer ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit.

We were so happy to stumble upon a beyond burger and this 100% vegan place for sure served it! The vegan cheddar was A the one thing that could have used work was there fries which were baked for healthy reasons but still a little hard. But the Tiramisu tart desert made up for it😄

Popped in for a little dessert. The guy working there ( probably the owner! ) was absolutely wonderful and so so sweet. The lemon cheesecake was delicious! The menu looks awesome- a little pricey for burgers but I think everything is organic and home made so it’s worth it😄

We had a phad thai, gazpacho, mexican vegan burger and fries with mustard. It came with homemade ice tea. There were several vegan desserts to top it off, although we were too full to try those. The owner was very nice. The only reason I don't give five stars is the lack of a toilet, although I suppose you can just go to the Coffee Club nearby for your post-dinner caffeine fix and restroom break.

Le gérant était d'une gentillesse extrême. Attention, il n'y a pas de toilettes dans le restaurant et très peu de places à l'intérieur, c'est tout petit ! Les plats étaient savoureux (nous avons pris un burger avec du Beyond Meat et une assiette de nouilles aux légumes), bien parfumés et qui calent bien.

Vraiment déçu par ce restaurant, qui semblait pourtant prometteur ! Le Pad Thaï manquait de fraîcheur et il y avait bien plus de nouilles que de légumes… Les frites étaient molles et le brownie un peu fade… enfin on nous a fait payer un supplément pour remplacer le thé de la formule par une infusion (en sachet). Le tout était bien cher compte tenu de la qualité 🫤

A treasure found in Montpellier - Edit
We went to this place twice during our stay in Montpellier and enjoyed every dish we tasted there. Delicious burgers, refreshing Asian inspired soup bowl, addictive deserts and best homemade ice tea ever! The owner is very kind, very friendly and welcoming. Places like Peacefood Cafe should thrive and be an inspiration to other food vendors. It’s very obvious that their motivation is to save the earth by taking the step of going vegan and providing people with plant-based, nonviolent, delicious, humble food.

I can go on and on talking about how much I liked it there and I could give 6 stars out of 5 if it was possible! I am grateful for the food and wish them best of luck!
