It was nice to go to the Rosenberg cafe on a cold winters day. We got the ‘3 spread’ (3 aufschriche) Friedrichs Liebling plate. We were quite disappointed with this dish as the serving size was small when considering the price, 9.50. We also tried the carrot cake, which was nice (would recommend) Coffees were also ok. I would return to try another cake.

I had a soup at 4pm. Then carrot cake that wasn’t that good (not sweet enough). The sneaker cake was delicious. I couldn’t finish and they gave me a doggy bag.

This is a really cute cafe serving 100% vegan food and cakes. We had the soup of the day (cauliflower, broccoli and potato) and followed it up with a banoffee pie and black forest cake. Everything was delicious and we didn’t have to wait long at all. The range of cakes was huge!

Read moreVon der mediterranen Kartoffel-Bowl, über die Sauerteigbrote mit „Eiersalat“ und Lebervurst, hin zu dem reichhaltigen Angebot an Kuchen hat alles sehr sehr lecker geschmeckt. Kaffee ebenfalls hervorragend.
Auch Nicht-Veganer waren begeistert. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Eine kleine gemütliche Örtlichkeit mit einer sehr guten Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, die Bewirtung ist sehr aufmerksam und schnell, die bowls, die wir gegessen haben, waren vielfältig, gut gewürzt, einfach lecker, eine klare Empfehlung. Einziger Nachteil, jetzt im kühlen Herbst ist es knapp mit den Plätzen, aber Warten lohnt sich!

The interior is cozy and inviting, and I want to come back and just hang out.

We were actually looking forward to a warm soup, but unfortunately the kitchen only runs until 1 hour before closing. Instead we had the most amazing almond coffee and herbal tea (and a vegan treat for our dog). The staff is so incredibly nice, they even told us where they got their dog treats from. We took some pie with us and they recommended a lemon-blueberry pie that their intern made. And we will definitely be back for the warm soup and more pie in the next days. This truly made my day!

We have had lunch at Rosenberg several times. The location is cosy and staff friendly. However the lunch options are limited to 2 bowls and a penne, which has been the same for the past years. So we were happily surprised that we got a fall variation on the Mediterranean bowl. The combination of pumpkin and figs was delicious in the salad.

A lovely smart vegan cafe with a large range of delicious vegan cakes and healthy Budda bowls, pasta, smoothies and soup. Staff were friendly, and it's nice to sit out on the cobbled streets and watch the world go by. Coffee was nice as well.

I have been staying in Potsdam for two weeks and this is my third visit here. All for cake! The hot chocolate is tasty too! Though the cake could be a bit more moist (add some beetroot purée) they are unique and look really appetising.

I visited Potsdam with a friend and found the Rosenberg, I ordered the all you can eat for 13.00 Euros and the food was exquisite, they had a broad variety of different salads and the best croissant I have every tasted. My friend ordered the Rosenberg Bowl and was very satisfied. The drinks were delicious ... fresh shakes, cocktails, coffees. Very relaxed atmosphere, outdoors as well as indoors. Staff was super friendly and helpful !

Overpriced, ordinary meals, watery smoothies, not very children friendly (no strollers allowed in, no high chair available). Actually no wifi, which might be relaxing if the music was nice. Quality of the cakes varies considerably (tip: carrot cake is the best).

The cafe is very strongly focused on "lifestyle" and seems to be aimed at wealthy guests. the pieces of designer furniture seem a little carelessly thrown together. Despite the high prices, the quality of food is quite medium. The cake contains way too much baking powder, which makes its consistency weird. The service is slow and we were almost finished with eating our cake when the drinks finally arrived..

We dropped by for lunch today but the menu was only available in German, including a sidewalk placard with daily handwritten specials also in German and even more difficult to read. We had limited time and the place was quite busy so we were unable to stay and decipher the offerings. From what we could tell of the menu, it was rather limited to few items including breakfasts, breads and spreads, desserts, and drinks. If you are looking for a substantial meal, this might not be your place. For a coffee shop, however, this could be a nice choice.
