A total waste of time and money. This restaurant sat new benchmark in offering hyper-poor hospitality services in BKK. It might have been a real bad day that I landed in this restaurant.

You pre-pay and place your order at 10:15 pm and ask for 2 pieces of bread along with some drinks, Indian gravy etc. While placing order, the concerned restaurant guy at order desk will ask you to ensure it’s your final order, even water bottle..... What a reception to start with..... Anyways all well, You placed everything you needed.

So here comes the story.
1 piece of bread gets delivered at about 10:25 pm. along with other items. You stupidly and patiently wait for next 30 min. Intermittently checking for “lost” 2nd piece of bread while noticing that gravy on table is not getting any hotter. At 10:55, when you finally get up and ask about what’s going on, restaurant will come up with justification that will amaze you. The service lady tells you that only 1 piece of bread was prepared, they never checked the bill. The supervisor will intervene and tell you that they take last order at 10:00 pm. Since you came after 10 pm, we have every right to give only 1 piece of bread :-) yes, that’s exactly they tried to justify that with. So instead of turning down customers after 10 pm, they ask them to relax in their restaurant.
JFYI, There was no “Closed” mark put at entry and service guy never turned me down. Instead I placed order from the cut-short available menu.
During this argument, do not expect any sign of apology for a never ending delay in delivering food I had already paid for.

Ohh, and not to forget, the attentive management delivered salty lassi instead of sweet lassi. They later double-checked with me if I had particularly mentioned that while placing the order. I did. Are you wondering when my sweet lassi came ??? It did arrive !!!!

If you can still ignore such poor service, go for a average Indian food.

I would have given 0.5 star to this restaurant. Being a veggie restaurant, happy cow grants min. 2 star.
