My non-vegan coworkers loved it!! - Edit
I was on a business trip and got buy-in to come here. Everyone was amazed!
Read moreI ordered the "chicken bacon ranch" sandwich. Both of my colleagues got the sweet potato burger.
Now the sandwich was epic, the ranch was so phenomenal!! I wish it came with fries instead of chips but it was 10/10.
I heard they loved the sweet potato burger. My Omni colleague told me the next morning that unlike when he would eat a cow meat burger, he woke up feeling amazing and no side effects. Plant based diets are for real!!

Wonderful - Edit
The food was fantastic, the service was friendly, and prompt. We had a burger and fries. Delicious! The fries were so crispy! They also had a great assortment of desserts! The "Faux'sstess" cupcake was awesome. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great spot - Edit
Stopped by this place on a road trip and was very pleased. The mac and cheese is a cashew base that could have been soaked/blended for a little longer and the the hand that spread the horseradish and garlic felt a big heavy but everything else was great! Would definitely recommend.

Food that fills your soul - Edit
1st time here. Free parking located across the street. Dine in or take out. Nice clean space inside. Friendly service. Many options to choose from. I tried the sassy fried Chick’n and I was not disappointed at all. It was a nice portion size. I chose a pickle and added a side of fries. Delicious and I am looking forward to coming back.

A friend gave me a vegan cupcake from this place and I drove 2 hours to get more. You can’t go wrong eating here. If they mailed cupcakes I’d be waiting for mine to come today.

I can’t stop ordering the Nachos - Edit
Absolutely perfect, balanced flavors. Thick house made (?) chips with great creamy queso, a little creama and cilantro for cooling the heat from spicy chorizo & jalapeños and a nice tang from the pickled onions.

OMG this place is ridiculous! - Edit
I found this place via the Happy Cow app on our way up from Raleigh, NC. We got stuck in traffic around DC (big surprise there, I know!), so we weren't able to actually eat in the restaurant due to getting into town only 10 minutes before they closed for the night.
Read moreWhen we saw we weren't going to make it, I placed an order on their website while riding shotgun.
It was easy to order what we needed with any modifications, including the fact that we corn have Celiac which was plainly an option for every item we ordered.
The order was ready when we pulled up and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We brought the food to our hotel and ate in the lobby. It was freaking delicious!! A bit on the spicier side for a couple of the dishes, but overall we absolutely loved the flavor profiles and the dishes we ordered.
We shared the french fries and a chocolate peanut butter banana shake. My son got a half order of the loaded nachos and I got the Sweet and Sassy sandwich on a gluten free roll.
Can't say enough about the food at this place! It's difficult to find vegan gluten free options when we travel, so this was a wonderful surprise. I'm hoping the rest of our trip up north will be just as tasty!
Pros: 100% vegan, Delicious sandwiches and fries, Vegan milkshakes are the best

Reduction in quality - Edit
Strong hearts is the go-to vegan spot in syracuse, though it’s quality has gone down in recent years. They use beyond meat which is gross (personal preference), and half the time they don’t have high quality buns, but charge over $15 for a burger (and you have to pay extra for fries). also their food is just slightly too salty, and sometimes it takes away from other flavors in the dish
Read morePros: Lots of options
Cons: Expensive for what you get , inconsistent, dishes loaded with salt

Fries are actually included with a burger, no extra charge. I agree on salt content, but they're going for comfort food not health food to be fair. Try the chickpea salad wrap or the chicken cobb salad with fried tofu instead of the "chicken." (Source: I work there)

Good food, better milkshakes - Edit
I love and hate visiting vegan restaurants where I have trouble deciding what to order from a big, appealing menu. But absolutely zero regrets with my maple vanilla oreo shake - it's up there with the best shakes I've ever had, vegan or otherwise. And that's not to take away from a yummy eggplant parm sandwich.

Delicious, Huge Dessert Menu - Edit
Firstly, and arguably most importantly, everything I tasted surpassed my expectations (which were medium-high). The pierogis had a crunchy outside, which I'm not used to, but it was pleasant. I have never enjoyed tempeh-anything, but I didn't have to pick off the tempeh bacon crumbles because they didn't taste too strongly of tempeh. I stole a fair amount of my dad's peanut butter banana milkshake, which was awesome. The chocolate chip cheesecake would have been better with a much thinner chocolate layer on top, but the crust and white/chippy parts were great. I hate most vegan cheesecake, barely had any complaints here.

Incredible to find all this vegan goodness! - Edit
Bright light, bold color accents; good vibes fill this all vegan restaurant. The food is fantastic!! They even have an extensive -I’m talking like 25 flavors of vegan milkshake -I had chocolate banana -excellent! Came another time and had Southwest salad -generous portion and super tasty and fresh. It just takes a bit of time after you order to get the food-I forget it’s not a fast food place. Just go! You won’t be disappointed fellow vegans —this place is for us !

Fantastic. - Edit
Great little restaurant with awesome vibes ☺️ they have like 20 or 30 different flavors of milkshakes, which is wild! Food was awesome (although my bun was a LITTLE stale, which I'll let slide because the flavors were bomb) Perogis were delicious, and the dessert range was unbelievable. We had a hard time only picking a few 😂 When we were ordering, they also asked if we had any allergies, which was incredibly thoughtful.

Best “chicken” sandwich I ever had - Edit
READ! I’ve only been a vegetarian for 2 years and a vegan for less than half of that - I remember vividly the things I used to eat, and say this is the best “chicken” sandwich I’ve ever had, INCLUDING compared against “reach chicken” from a few years ago.

Everything was delicious! - Edit
We stopped here on both directions of a road trip between IL and ME in October 2022. On our first visit, we got the Sweet Sassy Molassy (AMAZING!) and the Thai Tofu salad (fantastic! and memorable). On the return trip, we had the Texas Tofu (delicious!) and the chicken bacon ranch (also fantastic). On the first visit, we ordered online while driving into town and the food was ready when we arrived. On the second visit, we went in and ordered at the counter. The staff were helpful and very knowledgeable about ingredients in each item. It was busy, but the service was quick. I had gone to college in Syracuse in the late 90s and I wish this restaurant existed back then! The sweet sassy molassy sandwich was particularly superb. The Thai tofu salad was extraordinary. Great sides and excellent value!

Don’t ever talk about breakfast, or do! - Edit
I left a comment on Instagram asking if/when they would bring their full breakfast menu back since they took it away ever since they moved locations and instead of any typed response, they deleted my comment off Instagram, deleted their post boasting about bringing vegan food to Syracuse, and blocked my account.. The hypocrisy is astounding considering that all their shakes used to be named after political influencers who went against the grain throughout history. If you don’t know about the old location, ignorance is bliss, however the owners have since lost their original vision and are now just money hungry capitalists who pretend to care about the community. The food is okay, but I can’t support a company that actively tries to silence their customers instead of just talking to them like the human beings they are. It’s unfortunate that they limit their own potential by not communicating with the community that they boast about providing for. It’s also worth mentioning that they took out almost 400K in PPP loans which they then used to open up a new location in Buffalo instead of making their first location better (could’ve brought back the full breakfast menu) and taking better care of their staff.

Chicken Parm all the way - Edit
Okay. I have a pretty unhealthy obsession with their Chicken Parm Sandwich. It's one of my favourite things ever, and that alone gets them 5 stars from me 🤷🏻♀️ Their cupcakes are great, and their MILKSHAKES are amazing too, oh my gosh. This place is dangerous. A must every time we drive through Syracuse, which is a lot.
