A bit pricy, good if you want something in the area, food is mostly sweet - Edit
I've eaten here a few times. I find the prices a bit high compared to other places.
Read moreAlso, the taste doesn't really suit my palette. Most of their food is sweet. Their satay and vegetable chow mein are really nice, though, if you want something more savoury.
If you want tea, make sure to ask for the drink menu if you don't immediately receive it; they have a lot of options!

Great Service, Great mandarin Chickn - Edit
My partner and I came here for Valentine’s Day dinner after checking the hours on their website which said they were open until 9:30, but we were told when they got there that they actually had just decided to close at 8:30 but had not updated this information anywhere. Fortunately, the owner was very apologetic and accommodating and gave us free tea, dessert, and soup to make up for it which were all great! His reccomendatjon of the mandarin chickn was my favorite but the wontons were also very good. This place would be a 5 star with some better communication of hours but we will be back because of the customer service, friendliness of staff, and good food!

Lots of yummy options. Some of the food is a little sweeter than I’d like. We recommend the veggie beef chao mian and the Mongolian tofu. Picking up was quick and easy.

Delicious Vegan Fare on the Eastside - Edit
I’ve been a customer for years. The lunch options are delicious and offer a variety of items on one plate. For dinner, I’m drawn to the laksa, stir-fries, and gold fingers. Love the flavors and the owner and staff are so wonderful.

Takeout was just okay - Edit
I’m not sure about dining in, but the takeout I received was not very flavorful. They have great vegan options and maybe I just ordered the wrong thing.

I'm impressed! - Edit
food was great - our server recommended the laksa and we weren't disappointed. the mandarin crispy tofu was literally just battered, fried slabs of tofu, but it was delicious (though not at all spicy as the menu indicated). the potstickers were just okay honestly, they were cooked nicely but the filling was a bit boring; I think I would have enjoyed them more as a nice complement to the tofu if I hadn't already ordered rice but now I know for next time😄really really good, I look forward to visiting again!

The mapo tofu was delicious but the Singapore noodles we ordered were a bit under seasoned for our tastes. But the real star of the show was the chili oil they have on the side. That stuff was amazing on everything.

Overpriced and disappointing - Edit
I came here because the reviews said they had a lot of options and that the food was delicious, but the food was not good. Yes, there are plenty of options but the quality of the food is poor.
Read moreI got the wonton soup and it tasted burnt, over salty, nasty filling in the wonton. Like frozen vegetable bags quality. You know, the frozen peas? Yeah.
I also got the mandarin crispy tofu. It’s just a rectangle of tofu with a batter that is kind of crispy but mostly taste wrong because the inside is soft like uncooked dough. I also got the gourmet Chow mein. This dish tasted the best out of all of them but was lacking strongly and vegetables. It was mostly noodles and sauce. I figure that if I’m going to pay for a gourmet dish, that there would at least be more vegetables. No. It was so disappointing that I asked for my food to go and couldn’t finish dining in.
I ended up paying $55 for food that I did not like. I mentioned that the soup was burnt and they charged me $12 for it anyways. On top of being overpriced, the waitress added her own tip to my bill which was nine dollars. I was there for less than 30 minutes. She came to my table twice. I hope that they do this to everyone, because if she did this to me in fear that I might not tip her for the bad service, then that’s [censored] up.
Oh well, never coming back. I would honestly prefer to get the impossible whopper from Burger King. Not to mention, the waitress shushed my child whenever she was taking my order. My child is on the autism spectrum and stems(makes noises and moves) to feel comfortable. My daughter wasn’t making that much noise. Still she was sushed . They didn’t sit well with me.

Average at best - Edit
I was looking forward to have a place to frequent for vegan food, but the food was average at best. Lots of deep fried, greasy options. I got a mushroom & spinach dish that had so much brown sauce I thought it was a soup put in the wrong container. They have some creative options (mock salmon/nori dish made from tofu) but the food was generally bland. Another disappointing note, the server won’t take your order. There are a couple of tables outside the store that are blocked off, yet 2 people were sitting and being served. The server came in & out, but would not take my order. I had to call the ph # on the window, wait for him to go inside to answer the phone, then he ends by asking me to add a tip. Hmmm...

It’s a Vegan Kosher Asian restaurant, ran by the nicest people. Even with my rambunctious kids they were so nice and understanding. Love this place! And you can buy their homemade chili oil.

Worst vegan restaurant I’ve ever been to - Edit
None of us really enjoyed the food - dumplings were good but besides that; really greasy, nun much taste to it, even the rice didn’t taste great. But the waitress was just unbelievably rude. On happy cow it showed that they’re open till 10:30 but she told us that they close already at 9:30 and gave us the feeling of wanting us to leave. The atmosphere was just really tense and uncomfortable. The food also disappointed us (tried 5 different meals) and it was pretty expensive. After paying and about to leave, the lady comes up to us and tells us that we didn’t tip enough. We explained that we didn’t like food and found it pricey enough already. She consisted on giving her more money for 5 minutes. It was such an uncomfortable situation. She didn’t really let us leave and continued begging for more money. We all didn’t know what else to say, gave her a bit more money in order to finally get out of here. They all looked us like we’re the devil and made us feel guilty. Such an awkward situation. Thankfully, there are so many other options in the area, so I never have to go back to this place.
