Terrible service - Edit
The staff of two could not cope with a meager trickle of customers. It took twenty minutes for my coconut shake to find me, and after 50 minutes I walked out before my food even arrived.

Bad service - Edit
Been there with my friend, ordered the fried rice, spring rolls and extra rice. Waited over 20 minutes then only the rolls arrived. After waiting and asking the mains arrived.

Filthiest vegan restaurant I have ever seen -edited- - Edit
-I have heard that the place will be completely refurnished soon because of the bad state after that I will edit this review-
Read moreThe food might be good if I read the comments here but don’t they see that this place is filthy?
You cannot see the kitchen because a cloth is hanging before the entrance but if the kitchen is as dirty as the restaurant.... dirt every where, the plants are dead or almost dead, the entrance, I have no words for it.
I really wanted to eat here because of the good recommendations, but my husband saw the place and had many doubts about the dirt inside and the bad smell of the deep-fryer and bad ventilation.
We were first after the 18:00 opening and ordered. 10 minutes later another couple arrived. They got their food first.
After 5-10 minutes the waiter found out they got our food, I was relieved, went to the counter and said that I didn’t want them to make our order again and paid my drink, she said sorry but I still had to pay the 3 euros.
Our clothes smelled really awful after be there for about 25-30 minutes!
Cons: Filthy, Bad smell, Messy waiters

Great food, weird opening hours - Edit
The noodle soup and the Caribbean plate where amazing. The other choices like the spring rolls and samosas are very oily. Even though the pace has a really happy staff they need to work in their Consistency, the opening hours in the app don’t match when they are really open. They kind of make it up as the day goes.

Great food - Edit
The opening timings didn’t correspond since when we arrived at 5:50 pm the place was closed. We were asked to return in 10 minutes and when we did we found the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. The dish we ordered was very tasty though it seemed over priced for the quantity of food served. The place was obviously popular as it filled up fast. The service has to sharpen up a little so customers feel more welcome. We were the second set of guests to arrive, but those that came after us would’ve had to wait a long time to be served.

I am so glad we decided to try this place, the food was outstanding. It is nothing what you expect yet everything you ever wanted. Just go for it and try it, you will not regret it. It is a small space but so cute and has a lot of character, I felt vert comfortable and the owners are super nice and will help you navigate through the menu. Since it is a small place I would recommend going around 2pm, not right at lunch rush since I can see how wait times might be longer. We got lucky and our food arrived very fast. I ordered a wrap (forgot the name - No. 3) and it was delicious. So many flavors going on but it is perfectly balanced. We also had some spring rolls and they are to die for, not what you expect...BETTER! This is a must eat if you are in Amsterdam. We will be back ♥️

Interesting menu ideas - Edit
I went on a rainy night, and the restaurant was clearly struggling to keep up with everyone trying to escape the rain. They had some unique menu items, and I was fairly happy with what I got, the vegan plate.

We came on a sunday and they only had one item on the menu: wraps. Besides that there was no service. I think they were short staffed.

Must try - Edit
We tried this restaurant during our stay in Amsterdam. Everything is 100% vegan. We tried the vegan and jamaican plates (each 16€) and it was so delicious that we decided to come back the next day and tried the burger (9,80€). It was a really great choice! Seriously, the food is amazing, we still don't know how they make their "chicken" but we'd like to discover that secret! The place is small and there are only two people to cook and serve so the service can be quite fast or quite slow depending on the time.

This tiny little hole in the wall is just fantastic. No frills in a cramped space but who cares when the food is this good. We had sushi, the Jamaican plate, and the taco (which is actually an open-faced burrito). All were excellent and flavorful.

One of the best vegan places in the world - Edit
I went to TerraZen Centre just once, but it was amazing. The staff is really nice and there is a big selection of food. I just tried the vegan chicken chips and it was very good, but while there I met a vegan couple with their kids and they told me that even though they live 4 hours away from there in a different country, they often take trips to Amsterdam judt to get back to that place. They told me they tried everything on the menu and that everything is super good and in their opinion it's the best vegan place in the world. So just go there and try the food!
