Service Dog Discrimination - Edit
We are disappointed with the inability of Thai Pot Cafe to provide a safe space for handlers and their service dogs. Management was dismissive and unempathetic, lacking the necessary understanding and support required to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment. This experience highlights the need for improved training and awareness regarding service animals and the rights of their handlers. We will not be returning as it made us question their credibility in other aspects as well.
