The hours here clearly state they are open from 4 pm onwards on Mondays and Tuesdays. Walked in at around 10 til 5 pm on a Tuesday only to be met with cold terse statements from the bar staff that “it clearly states on their windows (not the entrance door!) and the website state that they are open at 5”. I explained the hours on HappyCow and they said they have no control over those and that I should have checked the website “like most people do”. I’m sorry, but I’m not going to double check information that is clearly stated on the most used app for vegans to find food. As a vegan establishment you should know the importance of your HappyCow listing, not expect people to have to check multiple sources about simple things like your opening hours before visiting. I’m trying to eat, not publish an academic paper. If I had to use multiple sources to double check the opening hours of each place I go, I’d go quite mad. Didn’t even get to taste the food due to the uncomfortable feeling generated by their extremely unfriendly responses. If you can’t get basic things like politeness right, why are you even in food service? Very sad as I was super looking forward to trying the food.
