One of the best …in the world! - Edit
I’ve been vegan for 17 years and travelled extensively worldwide and this cosy cafe in residential Istanbul serves some of the most amazing meals I’ve ever eaten. The Turkish ravioli with meatballs is a taste sensation. The little puffs of ravioli are perfectly complemented by the more robust meatballs and authentic tomato sauce. The beetroot hummus was so creamy and flavourful, and the salad was fresh, crisp and teamed with a tangy, memorable dressing. The jeans were beautifully presented and a feast for the eyes. The host was courteous and attentive. This is a tiny establishment punching above its weight in the taste stakes. I would highly recommend a visit here.

The ravioli and tiramisu were outstanding!!! Everything about that ravioli was perfection. The savoury pie with meat filling was not bad but not great.

Best vegan kebab - Edit
My non-vegan friends had spaghetti with 'meat' balls, I had vegan kebab with rice and veg yoghourt sauce. Both of these were unbelievable delicious. While the waiter guy was very helpful and patient with our order, he gave advices what and why to choose. Absolutely recommend, Vegan Dükkan is one of the greatest restaurants I ever ate at.

Just WOW! - Edit
Gorgeous little place full of plants, serving delicious, homemade foods with super friendly staff. We ate here once and had to come back to try some more of the menu! Loved the homemade cashew tsatsiki, that was divine! I hadn't had a vegan tiramisu since being vegan and this place delivered! A must visit place if you are in Istanbul.

Tears of Joy Streaming Down My Face - Edit
I walked into an oasis after crossing Istanbul on foot from university. Through Taksim square to a lovely if not fiercely vegan establishment. Greeted by “the future is vegan,” “Herkes Icin Yasam Hakki,” and local art stating: “”I’m not saying I’m perfect, but I’m vegan.”

One of my favorite vegan restaurants in Istanbul - Edit
During my short stay in Istanbul I ate at Vegan Dukkan Lokanta 3 different times. I enjoyed all the meals I had. The vegan ravioli, spaghetti , meatballs, and tofu curry were all very delicious. I wish I had more time to eat more dishes and I was too full for dessert.
Read moreTurkish raviloi sauce was good and the bits of seitan was a good pairing. The meatballs in the spaghetti was so good. If i went back i wouldve gotten that again. The tofu curry was my least favorite because I think the texture of the tofu was ok, the curry flavor was good and the crust was amazing. I cook with tofu a lot and I freeze it and defrost and take out the water and it gives it a more meaty texture. I think if this was done the dish would be flawless.
Overall I enjoyed my time here, the decor, my waitress was super cool. They also have a vegan store right next store so I was able to stock up on goods for my travel. I highly recommend!
Pros: All dishes are very delicious, Decor and friendly staff
