Good asian food, lots of "meat" dishes - Edit
Great to find lots of asian dishes vegan versions, like banh cuon, lok lak rice, duck, crispy chicken, pho and many more...
Read moreWe were very happy to experiment again those flavours, first time since we went vegan/ vegetarian, and we were not diappointed. The textures were very nice.
Everything is vegan except two desserts : the ice creams and the coco balls.
Service was nice and efficient!
Pros: Lots of vegan meat dishes, Almost entirely vegan, Not too expensive

Amazing food. May be my favourite restaurant ever! - Edit
We walked a mile to get here and it was more than worth it! The staff are very friendly, the first lady who spoke to us didn't speak English at all but she then got someone to wait on us who could speak English. Even if they only spoke French (not our experience) we could have pointed and have been understood. Everything is vegetarian! I was worried by the use of the words beef and chicken, but was reassured that there is no meat at all.
Read moreThere is a massive selection of dishes, all sound great, I am not used to having such choice.
The food was served fast, delicious and had amazing texture. The price was cheap /reasonable. We paid €40 for 2 starters, 2 main dishes, 2 rice, a diet coke and 37cl of white wine.
Can't recommend enough!
Pros: Delicious , Inexpensive , Amazing choice
Cons: None!!

Freaking amazing - Edit
The food was LIT, so good! Me and my sister loved it so much.
Read moreThe only problem was that the waiters don't know any english at all so it was so hard to communicate and understand what is vegan in the menu, but eventually we did it.
Cons: No english at all in this place

It's always about the quality to price ratio - Edit
Great service.
Read moreBut tom yum too sweet and noodles too salty and too oily.
But at the end you have to factor in the price. Then you realize this is a good place.
Note that they told me everything was vegan. Not vegetarian.
I think there a confusion in the description on happy cow because vegan in asia is called vegeterian without egg. They don't consume milk.
Pros: Service and price
Cons: Not the greatest food

"Meat" - Edit
I liked this place very much. Quite similar to Tien Hiang, an asian restaurant serving dishes with mock meat or tofu.
Read moreThe atmosphere is nice, the prices are not high, the food is fresh and the service fast, what else do you need?
Will go back!

Very good - Edit
I very much enjoyed the food there (I had the Grilled Chinese Dumpling and the Lôc Lac 'Beef' & Rice). The prices are quite similar to those of the very famous Tien Hiang and with a very good quality too. Not extraordinary but very good. Just a bit frustrated by the fact they charged me an extra 1€ (maybe they had changed the price of the orange juice?)

Fantastic Asiatic vegan menus - Edit
Located at 24 rue du Faubourg St Martin in Paris, the second Vegebowl restaurant specialized Asian opened in early January 2018.
Read moreThe place is spacious, well decorated.
The menu is the most varied and beautifully decorated that I could see in an Asian restaurant.
The list of allergens is clearly indicated, even the spicy dishes are indicated!
Everything is vegan except ice cream, and coconut pearls (The nuggets are good vegans!),
But in 2019, everything will be Vegan and eco-waste (apparently stainless steel straw), according to the manager, the time to find the suppliers and refair the cards!
It is even planned a vegan mini grocery like the Loving Hut!
With friends, we could exchange the dishes, and taste the biggest best sellers of this
resto! There are even organic penne pasta with ham and vegetable cheese!
The makis, veggie sushi are at the top, the sushi mango is melting!
In short, among friends, VegBowl is a sure value to spend a good time discovering Asian vegetarian cuisine!
Pros: Menu chart, Decoration, Choice

Delicious Asian Flavours - Edit
Reminded me of yummy Chinese vegetarian restaurants in Malaysia. We sampled quite a wide range of the menu and it was all great. The roast duck was lovely. The curry soup, not very spicy but the chilli sambal made it perfect. The chicken and sticky rice was a bit too sticky. The beef and black bean, delicious. The veg dumplings were good as were the deep fried mushrooms. My only criticism was that I was still hungry and it was too expensive to buy a second round.

Not worth the visit - Edit
Service was poor and unfriendly (tip to waitress: don't clip your nails in the restaurant... Especially while customers are present!!! Food is all vegetarian and mostly vegan, but mediocre at best. There are many other better Asian style veggie options available in Paris. Dishes seem centered on fake meat, with almost no fresh vegetables in any of them.

Cheap & Fast Asian restaurant - Edit
A small familial place with a wide range of Asian vegan food, mostly vegan versions of meat dishes: service is fast and the check low. It may not be the best culinary experience in Paris (lots of deep-fried seitan dishes), yet it may be hard to find better value for the price!

Food ok / service mediocre - Edit
We've been here twice and the latest time (this week) was a great disappointment. The service was almost rude - not one word of hospitality - barely ok. The food was boring. Last year the dishes were much more elaborate and beautifully presented. This time it was just everything mixed on a plate. Way too much sauce and the noodles were hard.
Read moreI hope this was an "accident". The range of vegan restaurants is growing quite fast in Paris. Vegebowl has to keep up with the competition.
Pros: Downtown , nice variety of vegan dishes
Cons: no outdoor tables , service not hospitable

wonderful for the strict veg*n - Edit
As a painfully shy person who is inclined to let my stomach growl for hours rather than ask about questionable ingredients, I find that I can only truly relax when dining at fully veg*n places. Tiny but clean and charming Vegebowl has been a refuge in this sense. I've visited for dinner several times, and I've waited an hour for the privilege at least twice (always on a warm, weekend night). For me, the wait has been worth it, well beyond aforementioned sense of relaxation. The food has been tasty and filling, and yet wholesome -- I've always felt energized and light afterwards. Elation.
Read morePros: very friendly service, a menu that feels limitless and healthy, clean, cheerful, and comfortable

Great and cheap asian food, especially out of the menu - Edit
The menu is cheap and good but nothing special, I especially like the "soupe pekinoise". It is a good choice if you don't know what you want and prefer to try different things.
Read moreOne day I decided to order something out of the menu and I was extremely surprised, it was incredible. I really enjoyed the "Boeuf et son riz Lok Lak" and the "Vermicelles de riz au "bœuf" à la citronnelle (thaï)".

Pros: Staff extremely friendly, Amazing food, Cheap
