The restaurant is really nice! We had the Delight Burger and Cheese Burger with chips and it was sooo delicious!❤️ The staff was very kind to us and the meal was prepared quickly. It was quite expensive for us though, but I know prices like this are usual in Vienna.

One of my favourite vegan spots out of every city I've visited! - Edit
Veggiezz is a cutely decorated establishment centered around sustainability and mouth-watering meals. It offers a wide range of different dishes, from thick-stacked burgers, creamy soups and fresh salads, to large vegetable bowls and wraps. Coffee’s and hot chocolates can be enjoyed with either rice, soya or almond milk. At the bottom of their long menu is a list of vegan wines, as well as desserts including chocolate muffins and rich tiramisu. My personal favourite was the option to create your own pasta dish. Choose between fusilli, spaghetti, or penne, and between pesto, Bolognese, or curry sauces. Finalise with topping your dish with either smoked tofu or seitan gyros. It doesn’t get much better than this!

It’s the go-to place to try a plant-based version of the world-famous Sachertorte, a chocolate and apricot sponge cake invented in the Austrian capital. They offer other local favourites too, such as Bratwurst and pepper steaks, both made from seitan.

September 7th 2020: Tried the Smoky BBQ seitan burger with a whole wheat bun + the sweet potato based fries, together with the lime and cucumber lemonade and loved the combo!
Read moreMay 4th 2018: I really enjoyed my time here. We tried the steak bowl and the vegan Schnitzel, accompanied by the homemade raspberry and rose lemonade. All of the items tasted really good and the staff was really nice and friendly. They have both outdoor and indoor seating. Prices are a bit above average for Austrian standards, but still accessible and definitely worth it.

I went to 2 locations while in Vienna in January (2020) and both had wonderful staff. There is such a nice variety of options and everything that I tried was great! Also, plenty of seating is a plus!

Wir hatten auf Empfehlung des sehr freundlichen Kellners, das Pfeffer-Steak mit Barbecue-Sauce und karamellisierten Zwiebeln und den Smokey Burger mit süsskartoffel-Fries. Beides wirklich sehr sehr lecker und eine super Empfehlung gewesen. Super geschmackvoll, werden wir definitiv wieder hingehen. Zu dem gab es eine große Auswahl, die die Entscheidung für das Essen sehr schwer machte ;)

Das Lokal ist sehr nahe der Oper und per U-Bahn sehr einfach zu erreichen. Das Essen war sehr gut (vor allem die Steak Bowl) und auch bei den Getränken gibt es eine gute Auswahl (Homemade lemonade 👍). Wir waren erstaunt wie preiswert das Essen war. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Went here twice during our stay in Vienna. There are healthy options, but we went for burgers and the gyros bowl. Portions were large and filling. Service is quick. The restaurant is a little cramped and busy, but turnover is fairly fast. Service was good and friendly.

It’s second time I’ve visited vegiezz during my short trips to the city. Wide menu is impressive. The place is always almost full but you I was found a table. Smoked burger and pumpkin soup were very tasty.

Finally you can find easily vegan eateries in Vienna. They have (at least 2 different venues) as long as I know as we have tested thete other restaurant on the Salzgries last year. This one us very easy to find, next to the Bien a Opera House. Food was excellent, with a good choice too. I loved my vegan pepper steak, haven't eaten any mock "meat" that good! (But can't remember the taste of real one)
