We’re so sorry about the creamers! I wish you had said something during your stay so we could have rectified the situaron. We had a housekeeping service prep the guest suite for us since we were out of town. We Weill take care of this going forward because we are 100% vegan. As for the pool, we do state on our website that the pool is seasonal and only open April through October. We appreciate the feedback.
