Hey HappyCow can take quite a long time to update - if users have even requested an update! Best to check google hours instead, or even calling the restaurant to make sure. Sometimes crap happens causing places to close early or shut down for the day as well. Google updates quicker, but sometimes in cases of emergency or when stuff is really hitting the fan, it can slip the owner’s mind to update. Better safe than sorry!
