Thanks so much for your feedback, and we’re really happy to hear that you enjoyed the food, that means a lot to us. I’d love to clarify a couple of things behind our setup. We use the ordering screens mainly because during rush hours the shop fills up very quickly. The system helps us keep waiting times as short as possible and allows us to maintain our current pricing. On top of that, we’re also handling orders from three delivery platforms and pre-orders at the same time, so even if it looks quiet in-store, the team is often working through a high volume of orders in the background. That said, if you ever prefer to order directly with a team member, you’re absolutely welcome to do so. Just let us know and we’ll take your order personally. Regarding the weighing system, we use it to make sure every customer gets the exact same experience every time. No matter who prepares your kebab, you’ll always get the same balance and quality we intended, not more, not less, just right. We’re really sorry to hear that the experience felt a bit impersonal or unwelcoming, that’s definitely not how we want anyone to feel. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share this, and we’ll take your feedback seriously as we continue improving.
