I agree: It's very frustrating for a restaurant that's all vegan not to say, at least somewhere on the menu, that everything is vegan. I have seen in the past a restaurant not say that they're vegan, even though they were, and then later sneak in some non-vegan items into their menu, as though they were not willing to commit.
