Instructions
If using a personal blender with an inverted cup-blade assembly, add the ingredients in the order listed above (soft to hard).
If using an upright blender, add the ingredients in the reverse order listed (hard to soft).
Blend for 45 seconds.

Ingredients
- Salad Greens: Baby spinach & baby arugula (rocket): 1 cup
- Fresh Mint: 1 or 2 sprigs, washed
- Matcha green tea powder (Japanese): 1/2 tsp (or more if desired)
- Ginger: 1/4 tsp powder or fresh
- Turmeric: 1/4 tsp podwer or 1/4 inch grated
- Lemon: 1 slice, peeled
- Banana: 1 whole
- Apple: 3 slices (1/4 whole apple)
- Berries: 1/2 cup frozen or fresh
- Date syrup or date sugar: 1/2 tsp
- Plant milk: soy (unsweetened): 1/2 cup
- Filtered water: 1/2 cup
Optional Ingredients
- Flaxseeds: 1 tbsp ground
- Alternatives: Chia or Hemp Seeds
- Raw Tahini or Raw Almond Butter: 1 tsp
- Beet Root: ¼ small, peeled
- Ice Cubes: 1 to 3
