Cupcakes Cranberry Fluff

    Instructions

    Do a quick blend/chop of cranberries in a blender so that they are in pieces but not completely crushed.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar to cranberries and cover. Place in fridge for 2-4 hours.
    Cut large marshmallows into quarters or use 2-3 cups of minis.
    Add 8 Oz of drained crushed pineapple to cranberries.
    Add marshmallows.
    Add Coco Whip.
    Mix and refrigerate for another hour and then serve.

    Ingredients

    9 Oz Coco Whip or other vegan cool whip alternative
    12 Oz cranberries
    1/2 cup vegan sugar
    8 Oz pineapple tidbits in juice
    2 cups mini vegan marshmallows (or 15 large ones cut into quarters)

    Serving Size

    1 large bowl
