Naturally Sweetened Vegan Oats

    Instructions

    Add the almond milk, banana, vanilla and cinnamon to a sauce pan on medium heat.
    Bring ingredients to a simmer and add the oats.
    Cook on medium heat for around 5 minutes (or until liquid is absorbed).
    Add in the blueberries and stir.
    Remove heat and add the plant butter, hemp seeds and any other desired toppings.
    Enjoy!

    1/2 cup whole grain oats
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 banana
    1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
    1/4 cup blueberries
    Hemp seeds, to taste
    Vanilla, to taste
    Cinnamon, to taste
