    Instructions

    Heat oven to 350F.
    Place 1 cup of juice fromthe can of peaches with cornstarch in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and clear. Stir in almond extract and lemon juice.
    Put peaches and juice into the baking pan.
    Combine all topping ingredients. Sprinkle over peach base.
    Place in oven for 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
    Enjoy!

    Ingredients

    Base:
    1 lb canned sliced peaches
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    1/2 tsp almond extract
    1 tbsp lemon juice

    Topping:
    2 cups granola
    3 tbsp vegan butter, melted
    1/2 cup brown sugar
