Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Instructions
Mix the puffed rice and protein powder in a deep bowl.
Melt the coconut oil, RMS and peanut butter in a pot over medium-high heat.
Once the mixture starts to boil, turn off the heat and mix well into the puffed rice mix. (Must be done while the mixture is hot).
Mix until all the mix is covered and sticks together.
Line a small rectangular tray with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the lined tray, line with another piece of baking paper, and flatten the bars with a glass.
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Remove from the fridge, cut into bars and enjoy.
