    Cut peppers and onions into small enough pieces for a food processor/blender.
    Peel all garlic cloves.
    Blend a mixture of peppers, onions, garlic, cilantro, vinegar, and oil to an almost liquid consistency. This step will have to be repeated until all veggies have been blended and poured into a bowl where all batches can be mixed in order to yield uniform flavor.
    To use, saute a ladle full, prior to adding to your dish of choice.

    Ingredients

    5 green bell peppers
    5 white onions
    2 red bell peppers
    4 cloves of garlic
    1 bush of cilantro
    Salt and pepper as desired
    1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
    1/3 cup olive oil
