    Instructions

    Combine the spinach, cashew nuts, cilantro, chili, salt, and 1/2 cup of the water in blender or food processer
    and blend until smooth. In a saucepan, bring the remaining 1/2 cup water to a boil and whisk in the agar agar. Continue whisking until thoroughly dissolved. Add content to the blender and blend.

    Ingredients

    2 cup packed spinach leaves, blanched in boiling water for 1 minute
    1/4 cup cashew nuts
    small handful fresh cilantro leaves
    1/2 serrano chili, seeded and minced
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1 tablespoon agar agar flakes or 1 1/2 tsp powdered agar agar
    1 cup water
