Super Simple Massaged Kale Salad

    Instructions

    Massage kale with olive oil until it starts to wilt a bit.
    Splash in tamari and lemon juice to taste and mix.
    Add nutritional yeast and stir.
    Slice grape tomatoes and onion, add in, and stir.
    Tastes best if you let this sit for an hour or two, but you can eat it immediately if you wish.

    Ingredients

    1 bunch kale
    2 tbsp olive oil
    Splash tamari (soy sauce, Braggs' aminos, whichever you prefer)
    Splash lemon juice
    Nutritional yeast to taste
    8oz grape tomatoes, sliced
    One small onion, sliced
