didn’t expect this to be that good

Stopped in and tried one of their sandwiches with the plant-based deli slices and it was honestly really solid.

Didn’t feel like a “vegan option” at all, just a good sandwich. Flavor was there, texture held up, and it actually filled me up.

Cool to see spots like this putting real thought into their menu instead of just tossing on a basic substitute. I’d order it again for sure.

Pros: Easy to make any item vegan, great staff , nice vibe

Loved it!

Set in a beautiful part of Nashville was this fab restaurant. Had to wait for a table as so busy but happy to wander the street as so lovely. Has good vegan options and food arrived promptly and was lovely. So worth a visit!

Pros: Great vegan options, indoor/outdoor seating , Food was lovely

Solid options

Many items offering seitan and they offer vegan cheese. Quesadillas, burrito, or their burgers/sandwiches can be made vegan. I got the bbq chicken tacos subbing seitan for the chicken. They were excellent! 4 tacos filled well and with nice slices of avocado and a side of salsa verde.

Friendly service too!

Pros: Filling, flavorful meal, Friendly service , Validated parking

Cons: Tight parking/not a lot of parking

Ask for the vegan menu

They have quite a few vegan options and items that can be made vegan. Ask for the vegan menu for clarity. The hummus and the black bean quesadilla (sub vegan cheese & add seitan) are delicious.

Pros: Separate vegan menu on request, Rotating beer menu with tons of options, Casual & local neighborhood vibe

Cons: Staff is not super friendly
