Bomba de sabor y presentación. Puré de papas con trufa y champiñones. Delicioso

Comida impresionante! Bomba de sabores. Puré con un toque de trufas y champiñones. Suena simple, pero estaba tan bueno! Un poco caro, pero teníamos que probarlo.

Awesome food! Bomb of flavors. Puree with a touch of truffles and mushrooms. Sounds simple, but it was so good! A bit expensive, but we had to try it.

Genuine Portuguese food

The mélancolique sardine tasted REALLY fishy - good option for anyone who likes seafood! The seitan steak was really good, sauces distinctively Portuguese (and the potatoes were perfectly crispy!!!) and the crème brûlée and oreo cake were both fantastic!!!! The only reason this is a 4 star is because I never liked fish 😂 my fault though for ordering a fish dish! It's a very Portugal thing though! And sardines are huge there.

Nice atmosphere and good food

I liked this place. The soup of the day was another level. The rest of the food was very good, but for me personally the food resembled animal products too much (fish etc.)

Expensive and delicious

Really enjoyed my meal here, had vegan scallops and caviar, it was delicious! But be prepared to pay a bit for your meal.

Wahnsinnig lecker

Zu Beginn dachten wir, dass die übersichtliche Karte nicht unbedingt etwas für uns bereit hält.
Aber vom juice of the day bis zum creative-Dessert war jedes Gericht sehr gut durchdacht und äußerst schmackhaft!

Nur zu empfehlen!
Es war sehr gut möglich spontan einen Tisch für 2 zu reservieren.

Atenção ao cliente muito fraca

Refeição realmente saborosa, porém os empregados sem qualquer cuidado com o cliente. Mais de 10 minutos à porta a tentar comunicar com o interior. Quem me recebeu, roçou a arrogância. Pena!

Overrated and expensive restaurant with friendly staff

You should reserve a table - even in October! We were lucky to get a table without. The restaurant is overrated in our opinion. Not the best vegan food in Lisbon for a high price. We had Francesinha for 15 € - it tasted ok, but was much better (and cheaper) at another vegan restaurant at Costa da Caparica. The staff was super friendly.

Great experience

Very good food based on the traditional portuguese dishes. I tried two options and both were incredible, including the chef suggestion.

Was I unlucky?

It was a line when we got there, so mabey my expectations were high. The seiran burger was quite ordinary, nothing special about it, maby even a bit dry bun. The sweet potato fries was heavenly though. Was excpecting more.

Authentic Local Food - All Vegan!

AO26 in Lisbon Portugal is a wonderful upscale vegan food experience. We loved the food that we had and we were able to get traditional Portuguese food with vegan substitutes! We had a peanut butter chocolate pie and a creme brûlée. Cheese plate + a meat and potatoes dish + a layered cheese, meat, and bread dish topped with marinara sauce that is a traditional Portuguese dish!

Très bon restaurant avec des plats très goûteux. Petit bémol, on vous pose sur la table un petit apéro genre tapas, tout aussi bon, ça a l'air inclus, mais ça ne l'est pas. Autrement endroit très cool

Not what expected

Food was not what we expected. It seems its meant for vegans who miss eating meats. Things tasted like meat flavors and was soy-based. Others may enjoy it. The resturant's atmosphere and service was good.

The menu is very much dedicated to portuguese culture, thus the substitutes influence! Anybody can taste with Ao26 portuguese culture and not hurt animals or our earth! We always have other options, more healthy and creative, for those who prefer seitan/tofu free dishes and enjoy a good plantbased meal!

Nice food

I had the crispy tofu burger and it was nice, but nothing extraordinary. The waiters were nice and the service was quick. This is a very popular place so there will probably be some waiting time in the evening

Wonderful!

We arrived to the restaurant and it was almost full. We waited for 10 minutes and they assigned us a table. All we ate was fantastic...sardinhas, octopus, raviolis, tofu. In fact, the next day we went again and ate sardinhas again.
Friendly staff and great atmosphere.

Amazing vegan food

It was the best place I've been eating since going vegan one year ago. You absolutely have to go there when in Lisbon. We had the tofu with seaweed that tasted a bit like fish and the dish with the vegan "chorizo". I also had the most fluffy chocolate cake!

Pros: Extraordinary vegan food, really creative & tasty

Cons: A bit more pricey but absolutely worth every cent

Delicious

The space is so nice and welcoming, such a good vibe and very well decorated. We opted for the chefs suggestion and it was absolutely amazing: brown mushrooms stuffed with tofu and spinach, with a green salad and quinoa tabule. The staff was very nice, always smiling and kind. Absolutely loved it! Would totally recommend
