Wir waren zur Weihnachtsfeier im Alchemist und wurden beim 5-Gang Menü nicht enttäuscht. Die meisten Gerichte waren vegan. Für die wenigen Fleisch Gänge habe ich sehr leckere Alternativen bekommen.

The menu consists of an array of small dishes that are made to be shared. Sadly it is not labeled on the menu what is vegan but have no hesitation to ask. The highlights were definitly the dessert (all ice creams are vegan!) and the cocktails which you have to mix yourself.

Alle Glacés die sie draussen verkaufen, aind vegan. Besonders das Gewürz Glacé liebe ich. Es schmeckt nach Chai ☺️
