found this place after looking for vegan lunch in the late afternoon, and other places were closed, and was a right choice to take a meal from here. had quinoa with beans and other goods for 6 euros, and was soo delicious.

Unbelievably good little place. 3 course macrobiotic lunch menu (soup choice of main choice of dessert drink) for €9. the staff were so friendly and helpful; the restaurant full of locals. although open until 7pm, once the food is gone, it’s gone, so head there for lunch or afternoon cake. i had a butternut squash crumble tart and berry cheesecake. superb.

They have about 10-12 tables. I got there at noon and all tables available. At 1255pm all tables full and they apparently take reservations. Had soup, chickpea salad for main, tea, berry crumble for dessert. Great food, all for €7.50.

This wonderful small (!!) cafe serves inexpensive fixed price daily special meals of superb vegan versions of traditional meals. The turnover of tables is fast and the wait (its very popular) is not too long. Meals include entree, main, cold tea and desert. Staff very enthusiastic with enough English to assist. The surrounding bio store seems irrelevant compared to the great food.

Alfacinha is one of my favourite restaurants in Braga. Although gets crowded at lunch time (it is a small place) it is totally worth it to wait. There is a lunch menu with usually 2 to 3 different meals, most of them vegan. The soup is amazing and there is always more than one vegan desert. The food is amazing and homemade, free tea. The staff is friendly and it is really cheap. There is take away option, also a small shop inside the restaurant.

Although crowded at lunchtime, this little healthstore with a restaurant inside, had what me and my husband were looking for, a great vegan meal in a friendly place.

Me and my wife are sorry to only have found this small but quiet and well organized health store and restaurant on the last day of our stay at Braga... Otherwise we would have returned a couple more times for sure!

We were very surprised with the amazing care that was put into the food that we were served here. From the presentation of the dishes to the fantastic mix of flavors and the delicious desserts, no detail was left to chance.
The portions are not too big, but I think they're appropriate for this kind of delicately prepared food. In my case I had a soup, the mains and the dessert and left the restaurant very satisfied, having appreciated one of the most pleasant meals in quite a while.
I hope to visit Braga again soon so I can return to Alfacinha and have some more of this amazing food in a quiet and friendly environment!

Has various daily vegan and macrobiotic options. The apple tart for dessert was to die for!! Cozy and small place but its worth it! Check it out! Also functions as a store so you can by your vegan groceries in there!
