All Chay was wonderful. My wife and I each chose an entree and then shared. Very quick and helpful service explaining the menu. Portions were large and very tasty. As we left, the proprietor offered us each drinks for the way! Will surely return when in SLC.

Wonderful experience, great food - Edit
On our last night in SLC, we took local relatives (who are not vegan but who had heard recommendations for All Chay) to this restaurant.
Read moreOur party of five snagged a large booth under a monitor that was streaming videos of birds along with soothing music. That only enhanced the ambiance, and was a welcome antidote to a tough weekend.
The menu has many choices, and our server provided additional information (the menu incorporates photos, but they are small). Great service and generous portions at a very reasonable price, and did I forget to mention how friendly and welcoming our server was? He checked in with us occasionally but did not hover.
All Chay is located in a part of town I had not visited before, in a small unpretentious strip mall. Inside, though, the restaurant is spacious and inviting. A SLC must for vegans, and we will return on our next trip.
Pros: Lots of options , Terrific food, Warm and wonderful service

Literally so good - Edit
Lots of amazing options at solid prices. The pho and other noodle soups are incredible. I've had several of the noodle salads and they all taste amazing. The banh mis all taste authentic and delicious (the bread is sooo good, though sometimes they run out) - my only complaint is that they are a bit small. This is such a quaint spot and its got arguably the best Vietnamese food in SLC. Big recommendation.

Amazing Vegan Vietnamese Food! - Edit
This is a great fast and affordable options for delicious vegan Vietnamese food. It’s very casual place where you order at the counter and they bring your food to you. The staff is super friendly and helpful with recommendations. I love that the bahn mi all come with sliced apple on them. The broth is also super delicious and flavorful and like to dip the bahn mi in a side of broth. This is a must for vegans visiting SLC.

Fine. Not great. - Edit
They were out of noodles when we were there, which means half the menu was not available to order. So we got a bahn mi and rice dish. The bahn mi was decent, though a little light on filling. But the Mongolian tofu rice dish was pretty boring and only came with a few raw veggies on the side. Far from the best vegan food I’ve eaten in SLC.

All Sweet - Edit
I ordered Four Season Rolls and Ginger Tofu. The peanut sauce was too sweet, so I ate the rolls without it. The Ginger Tofu was also too sweet, but I had already mixed the sauce with the rice, so I couldn't avoid it. Also, it didn't taste like ginger to me. However, my partner liked his pho.

Absolutely perfect! - Edit
So excited to find an all vegan Vietnamese restaurant. We were in search of vegan pho and this did not disappoint. Everything we ordered was delicious and fresh. We ordered the veggie and tofu pho and the broth was amazing. We also ordered the veggie egg rolls, Thai iced tea, and the All Chay Banh Mi. We left very full and happy. The young woman who took our order was very funny, kind, and helpful.

Looking good! Are these shrimps the typical (Zeastar) ones which have a lemon taste to it? 🤔

Great service & food - Edit
This is an all vegan restaurant with a variety of East Asian food. We had the All Chay Stir Fried Ramen, Ginger Tofu Rice, Five Spices Bean Curd Banh Mi, Lemongrass Spicy Banh Mi Tofu, Vegan Flan, & Vegan Thai Iced Tea. We loved all the food. Service was great! The staff were friendly. All the food is plant based & vegan. Parking is in the shopping center lot.

Love love love Lucky lemongrass - Edit
The lucky lemongrass bahn mi is the go to at our house! The sandwich size is perfect for me but my husband usually orders 2. The menu says it’s spicy but I’m a medium salsa person on an adventurous day and I had no probs with the spice level. I would say it’s not really spicy at all just delicious!

SLC Vegan Classic - Edit
The SLC Vegan scene would not be compete without this iconic gem. Hidden in Rosepark in an inconspicuous neighborhood you'll find All Chay nestled into the aesthetic. Everything on the menu is so bomb. If I'm not hungry and in the neighborhood I'll still swing by for an iced tea or fresh carrot juice. Down home authentic Thai food that sweeps me off my feet every 👏🏽 time 👏🏽

The best vegan vietnamese cuisine - Edit
I have been going to All Chay since they opened several years ago. When we want take out All Chay is our only choice. We don't go anywhere else for Vietnamese food as All Chay is our all time favorite. Kim and partners are superb hosts and have their customers' interests at heart. The food is excellent and prepared and cooked with care. Further, All Chay has become a true community partner by participating in community events. We are very happy to have All Chay as our neighbor!

Pretty good vegan food, nothing too noteworthy - Edit
The food wasn’t quite as flavorful as other Vietnamese food I’ve had. Tons of props for being all vegan, and nothing was bad, but nothing was incredible, either. I had a banh mi and a tofu rice dish.
