They have allot of different when option on the breakfast, but they have missed the most basic butter and cream cheese. There scrambled tofu is much better then it looks like.

Good breakfast options, but a bit pricy - Edit
We came in for breakfast during the weekend. If you're not a guest you can still eat, but it seems non-guests are lower priority, which makes sense.
Read moreThe food is buffet style. There was also a menu with a few special items you can order, but those all weren't vegan friendly.
The options at the buffet were pretty good. They had a tofu scramble, vegetables, soy yogurt, a vegan strawberry cake, vegan cheese, vegan mayo, lots of dried fruit and granola, breads, jams, fruit smoothies, and soy and oat milk.
The tofu scramble was very good and cooked with spinach and tomatoes. The yogurt was sweetened unfortunately.
It's pricy, but if you have a big appetite it can be worth it. It was 365 NOK (about $36.50) per person.

Very Vegan-Friendly Hotel - Edit
Stayed here two nights on business. I told them I was vegan upon check in and they never forgot. Breakfast (included) was quite literally the most delicious vegan spread I have ever been served in a hotel: included tofu scramble, veggies, vegan cheese, delicious toast, a green smoothie, fresh fruit, and vegan yogurt with homemade granola. I had a very early flight the next morning. Checking out at 5am they handed me a vegan breakfast to- go bag including cucumber toast and fresh juice. Norwegian friend told me the owner is involved with UN sustainable food efforts. It shows - this place is a hidden gem for vegans. Not to mention the cool cocktail lounge, great gym and nice rooms.
