Good vegan quiet restaurant - Edit
I enjoyed this cosy restaurant two times while I was in Hanoi. The menu is also in English and the owner/chef makes tasty vegan food. Drinks are also available; try the kumquat mint juice! Nice location, great hospitality, prices higher than any good vegan buffets around.

Local spot - Edit
Stumbled on this place after hunting through the thrift markets. It’s very local, the menu is entirely in Vietnamese but with google translate and the owner it was easy to find food. The curry I had was so tasty, worth a visit.

The place is most of the times not crowded at all. I can see the price of each dish is slightly above the average price in Hanoi, but nonetheless the dishes here are great. I got so full i could barely finish my meal.
