Great Thai in Laramie - Edit
Stopped here on a road trip. Seemed most meals could be made with tofu as the protein. Food was delicious as portions were generous!

This was a solid meal but I wasn’t particularly impressed with it. I’ll probably skip it and stop at Taqueria Vallarta in Rock Springs next time.

Quite a few vegan options at reasonable prices. Small dining area so it fills up pretty fast. An overall delicious plate of food. Tofu was crispy and vegetables were perfectly cooked. The soy garlic sauce was tasty but a bit watery. A perfect portion. Dish was $13 and well worth it.
