Tasty and fresh - Edit
Aquila is an upscale restaurant with Italian style influence. The food is moderate in price compared to similar Italian restaurants offering vegan food in Chiang Mai.
Read moreIt has a seperate vegan menu. The chef came to talk to me to discuss my preferences which was a nice touch.
I ordered the bruschetta, the Greek freak salad, and a plant based mince bolognese. Portion sizes were good IMO so maybe something had changed recently.
4 stars due to it not being fully vegan

Exquisite Fine Dining - Edit
I was surprised to learn that this fine dining place tucked away behind Promenada has a fully vegan menu! Warning that the dishes are expensive and are not generous in the portion sizes but they do taste fabulous. If you have a big appetite it won't be the place for you but if you want to impress someone you should consider here.
