Not entirely traditional Korean and in fusion and met the temple food standard.
Every ingredients seem fresh and seasonal.
Chef knows how to make best use of the vegetables.
I was not hungry but every cuisines were delicious.

Bread & temple food - Edit
If you want to dine here, you have to make a reservation at least 2 or 3 days in advance. Then, you can get temple food as a course menu. The price is 30.000 KRW per person for lunch. Dinner is available now too, if you reserve ahead of time (price approx. 70.000 KRW).
Read moreThe food here includes seasonal ingredients as well as several uncommon combinations. It is a mix of temple cuisine (➡️ no garlic, onion etc.) and fusion food! To me, the food tasted ok and it was filling. (Taste of house-made and home-style cooking!)
Lunch is served between 12 and 3 pm (last guests are accepted at 1.30pm).
Afterwards, only the store section and bakery items are available: You can find a rather large assortment of vegan bakery items in the front. There are savory breads, sweet buns as well as cookies, all based on rice flour (⚠️but not necessarily gluten-free). Whole cakes are available, if you order them in advance.
There are a couple of unconventional bread creations, most of them featuring what Koreans consider "healthy", e.g. whole grain, beans, perilla seeds, pumpkin and mugwort. They use only natural ingredients, so the color and flavor are very mild.
Sadly, all bakery items are prepackaged in plastic foil. So all breads are very soft and soggy.
Apart from that, they also sell some hand-made sauces, syrups, chips, side dishes! Overall, a large diversity of different kinds of food!

Compared to other bakeries, it's very cheap and it's made of rice that digests well.
