Super tasty

We arrived at 8.30pm (looks like last orders is at 8.45pm because several people were turned away after us) and had a lovely meal in front of us within minutes. There’s a separate veggie/vegan menu with quite a few options, we went for a tofu Thai basil stir fry and tofu cashew nut stir fry. Both came with rice and we were happy with the portions. The Thai basil dish is pretty spicy, but that was exactly what I wanted!

Tofu teriyaki

Very good

The lady was super friendly and explained what we could eat. We had Cashew nut vegetar and Tofu spicy vegetar and it was delicious. Lots of vegetables, umami broth, we both were really satisfied with our order. It's a very simple restaurant, but clean and nice. We paid around 20€ for a meal, which isn't german standard, but Norway is just pricier.
We'll definitely come back!

Veggie menu with clear labels

After a week travelling in Scandinavia, we were craving Asian food, and this place did not disappoint! They have a separate vegetarian/vegan menu, and all options are clearly labelled to identify which ones have egg etc. We paid $87 AUD for a meal that would normally cost us about $40 AUD in Australia, but boy was it worth it! Delicious, might come back again 😁🌱

Pros: Separate veggie menu, Clearly marked menu items, Lady was very cute and friendly!

Cons: Small-ish, might be hard to get a seat if busy

Don’t be fooled

We made a rule of looking at the menu in the window and if nothing vegan not to bother. We came upon this please due to speaking with a local. As a veggie she recommended here. We were not disappointed!! I had the tofu on chilli sauce, this is a spicy dish with a sweetness to it, served with rice and sliced cabbage and lots of veg in the sauce. It was fantastic. It is not the poshest of places to eat but the food is brilliant, so much more than the burger you get offered in other places. Price wise is the same as Tromso, it’s not the cheapest of places to come.

Pros: Freshness , Taste

Cons: Pricy, but on par with the rest of Tromso., Not restaurant style, but good clean food.
