Vraiment une super bonne adresse 💚 Hâte d'y retourner pour tester le crumble de légumes et le nougat glacé (vegans).

We tried this place based on the one review on happy cow which was excellent. It was a real treat. The small delightful restaurant was manned by one staff member who did everything himself. He was so helpful, sitting with us to explain the menu. We were still a little confused about what was included on the special menu. We had a vegan cheesy pancake starter which was delicious. For main we had the vegan cheesy potato dish. We shared two vegan items with that - a soy protein dish and a lentil stuffed roll. Both were delicious and went well with the potato dish. It turned out they were additional to the set menu. We had interesting beers. Mine had lentils in it. Lots of interesting beers and desserts but we were to full for dessert as the food is very rich and heavy. It was delicious and seems to be the product of an enthusiast. Vegan items are well marked on the menu. Do try it for something a little different.

Amazing vegan options in an Auvergnat restaurant! - Edit
Au Buron is an Auvergnat restaurant offering authentic vegan alternatives! The chef has developed his own vegan cheese for traditional Auvergne dishes. Everything is absolutely delicious, from starters to desserts. The owner is very friendly, and the atmosphere is typical. It's really the perfect place to eat with anyone, and you'll have a vegan option that holds up pretty damn well. I really recommend it!
