Amazing bagels - Edit
Wow the bagels are exactly as non vegan bagels. They are so good. I had the good morning sunshine and it was really amazing. I wish I had a second one, but it was very fullfilling. The egg, bacon, cheese and sauce were perfect. I also bought a pack of 6 bagels to bring home. A great addition to Cocooning café. The two businesses are sharing the same space.

Vegan Montreal Style Bagels - Edit
Couldn't leave Montreal without trying a Montreal bagel and thanks to Beagle Bagel we got our fix! Loved the bagel sandwich options and we tried the Sticky Chicky and Fauxmon Fumé. Both were absolutely delicious. So much so that we wish we ordered a second round. The options are a bit pricey, but understandable as it's a small business just starting out. I really hope they continue to thrive! A must if you're in Montreal.

Good morning sunshine - cheese, egg, bacon and buffalo sauce.
Fauxmon Fumé: cream cheese, cucumbers, red onion and faux salmon (made from carrots).
Impossible Cheese Bagel: cheddar, bacon, lettuce, red onion and pickle with single or double Impossible Pattie.
Sticky Chicky: Seitan Patty, lettuce, red onion, mayo and Bumblebloom vegan honey.
