Pretty great sandwiches. The vegan breakfast is not worth it.

This place cannot be skipped. They have the best vegan sandwiches I have ever tasted. Everything is great. But you probably will wait to have a seat.

Sooo good - Edit
Cute little cafe near the park. Any item can be made vegan for no up charge. We had a vegan muffin, the yum (appropriately named), and vegan Mr beanhive with hasbrowns and vegan cheese.

Vegan Irish breakfast - Edit
Walking to the centre I was hoping to find a place that offers vegan Irish/ English breakfast and just a few seconds later the universe provided :)
Read moreVery small place with some outside seating. Large menu with a lot of vegan options (most things can be made vegan). Big portions, the food was fresh but could have been better seasoned, too many sweet potatoes for my liking and it was a bit expensive considering it was just breakfast. We paid over 40€ for 2 people (breakfast coffee milk shake). But I’d go there again to try the ciabattas
Pros: Portion size , Most things can be made vegan
Cons: Price

Vegan breakfast was so-so, amazing muffins and coffee - Edit
Got the vegan beehive breakfast and didn't eat most of it because it consisted mainly of sweet potato fries and hash browns (I am not in the mood for fries first thing in the morning) with a little side of sautéed veg and vegan cheese, and some baked beans and toast.
Read moreWhile the breakfast looked huge with many options it did not actually taste that good ; At this point I would have given them three stars, however the soy milk latte was delicious and Chandler was very happy with his huge vegan burrito. And to be fair I think a lot of people would've been happy with the breakfast but it just did not suit me.
They have an amazing selection of vegan muffins that are huge, I would've been much happier had I just stuck to a latte and muffin .
They have bench seating outside and some tables inside but it is a little cramped and stuffy inside.

Everything’s Vegan - Edit
I go here all the time, and it’s without a doubt one of the best places for vegan breakfast/lunch. Literally everything on the menu can be made vegan, and I usually get a ciabatta roll (#11). They do vegan muffins as well which are top notch

Can veganise any of their wraps/toasties - Edit
Have a wide selection of wraps and ciabattas and all of them can be veganised. Big portions but perhaps a little on the expensive side. Small place so can be a bit of a wait for table.

Lots of vegan options - Edit
The food was decent but not great. I substituted tofu for the eggs in the vegetarian breakfast and was charged €1.50 extra (even though their website says you can make any meal vegan for free). And, like most places, they charge extra for non dairy milk.
Read morePortions were huge but service was slow. Customer service was a bit lacking that day too. We spent almost €50 for breakfast (which is outrageous for a coffee shop).
Indoor seating was cramped- it almost felt like we were at a shared table.
Pros: Large portions, Vegan options
Cons: Extra money for vegan substitutes , Cramped space

Great selection of vegan options - Edit
We had the vegan breakfast and a “Mr Beanhive” panini; the staff were super helpful and told me that all sandwich options could be made vegan and gluten-free. The panini was gorgeous, swapped out the bacon for tofu and vegan cheese. It was juicy, flavoursome and filling. Great little outdoor seating too.

Probably not worth a wait - Edit
This is a popular place during brunch, there's very little seating and service is slowish. It took 10-15 minutes to get a full Irish and 25 to get my mocha.
Read moreI probably just need to stop ordering Full dishes (giving an extra star for that), but I wasn't impressed with the full Irish. The sweet potatoes were French fries, the hash brown was light on flavor.

Irish breakfast and sandwiches - Edit
I ate here several times during my stay in Dublin. It was very close to where I stayed. The vegan breakfast was good but would have appreciated some sort of egg substitute (afterthought: they probably would have accommodated with a substitution). The yum was a great sandwich.

Cute cafe, adorable foam art! - Edit
The vegan Irish breakfast was awesome and it came with a hot drink! I got the spiced chai latte with soy milk. The hot drinks come with adorable foam art on top! I would suggest ordering your drink “extra hot” as it was a little lukewarm by the time we got our lattes. Also there were other vegan items but we just got the breakfasts and drinks. So good! Seating is limited so go early!

Gorgeous - Edit
Tons of vegan options, food was gorgeous and the matcha latte was the best I’ve ever had. There was only seating for around 10 people so we had to get our food to takeaway which wasn’t a problem but it would definitely be better if there were more seats.

Great find for breakfast and lunch - Edit
I had the vegan perfect combo ciabatta sandwich and it was amazing! The tofu they use is the light fluffy tofu skin and it’s soooo yummy! Nice coffee and desserts, too. Was affordable, only €15 for a coffee and sandwich, which was plenty of food, very filling!
Read moreOnly issue we had is that the place was pretty cramped because they only have 6 tables, 3 outside and 3 inside. We had to queue to get a table, the place is clearly very popular. And now we know why. Delish 😋

Too Busy: average food, nowhere to sit, no toilets - Edit
I was so excited for this restaurant from all the reviews I'd read and the fact that they had several vegetarian options on the menu. But when we got there the tiny restaurant was so crowded and busy there was nowhere to sit and no toilets (which was an issue for my elderly parents). They directed us to walk around the block and down to the mall for public toilets. We weren't sure where to go, so we ended up at the top of the mall where we had to pay for the bathroom. Turns out it didn't matter that it took us forever to get to and from the bathrooms because it took them forever fill our order. I actually started to think they forgot about us so I inquired and got stink eye from customers that told me I would need to wait- like I was being overly impatient while we stood awkwardly in front of other customers' tables for well over half an hour! When we finally got our food to go, we had to wander around until we found somewhere else to sit and eat our food. Not great. We ended up going onto Trinity's campus and eating at picnic benches set out in front of the library. By that time the food itself was soggy and not really that flavorful. You do get a lot of it, but I'd rather it was less expensive and smaller portions. I was really disappointed and would not go here again.

I've ordered the ciabatta sandwiches here many a time and they are delicious, packed full of veg and goodness, and I popped in yesterday and saw they had 3 or 4 vegan muffins to choose from! Brought home a caramel and walnut one and it was DELICIOUS. So moist. So dense.
