Uninspiring bruschetta - Bella Italia, restaurant in Sønderborg, Denmark - Edit
Bruschetta was the only vegan meal on the menu when I visited. It was the most uninspiring bruschetta I have ever tasted. The grilled bread was cold and the tomato salad by the side quite tasteless apart from the raw onions and garlic. Overpriced for what it was, not so Bella - will not return.

Nice and good value for money pizzas that can get vegan cheese if you pay extra. Nothing too fancy but a good place to go to with friends!

The pizza is great with a good amount of sauce and veggies. You can choose any vegetarian pizza you like and ask for vegan cheese. This will cost you 2€ extra which I find very understandable since vegan cheese is really expensive and they probably need to throw stuff away considering Nijmegen is a small town and they probably dont have vegan customers every day.

Ate 2 pizza's with the vegan cheese option, both were amazingly delicious. Its a shame that the place doesnt have a lot of customers. The restaurant doesn't have a great reputation in Nijmegen, but I think the restaurant really has improved the last few years.
