Very friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere. Labelled vegan carbonara and the waitress told us the bruschetta was also vegan, even though it was not labelled on the menu.

This is a friendly Italian place and the non-vegans with me were happy enough with their choices. But on the day I attended their only two choices were a pizza with avocado (which had no replacement cheese and the pizza bread was average) and a carbonara that I found very bland. I think there are better vegan options in Amsterdam now.

I had a similar experience as others: when I ordered the vegan carbonara, I was asked if I am a “real” vegan and, if so, I need to get the gluten-free pasta (at an additional charge) for the dish to be really vegan. The pasta and vegan avocado pizza were good but, with so much outstanding vegan pizza out there, I don’t think the food rates 4 stars. The staff was friendly and the food was prepared quickly.

The owner (I assume) came up to me after I placed my order and asked whether I was fully vegan, since the regular pasta they cook with uses egg! Their gluten free pasta is vegan though so you can still eat here.

Two vegans, one carnist, place was okay, big TV screen with a Celine Dion concert playing all evening. Staff was nice, only one vegan option though, pizza with avocado and vegan cheese. Pizza was good! Very cheap for Amsterdam centre. Only 5 minutes walk from Central Station.
